Fabulous views are just the beginning though, as this beach-inspired condo is designed for family-friendly comfort with central air conditioning to keep everyone cool and panoramic ocean views from the main bedroom and living room. The main bedroom opens right up to a living room area, creating a harmonious flow. Room-darkening shades can be closed if you're looking to get an even deeper sleep. Plus, the semi-open full kitchen features an enhanced refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with room for four guests to enjoy a casual meal together. When you feel like venturing out to soak up some sweet sunshine, you will have access to a shared pool and tennis courts! Babe's beach is a quick walk across the street to enjoy a full day of fun in the sand and splashing in the waves as well!

Hey there,I wanted to bring to your attention that the microwave door was broke prior to our stay. We went to use it yesterday and a pice of paper was wedged in between the hook/door and the microwave. I inspected the latches on the door and seems like it has lost its reload and it is preventing it from latching, without the door latching the microwave will not work properly, we were never able to use the microwave. I wedged a piece of paper back to keep it closed. We wanted to make sure you were aware of the issue, otherwise we had a great stay! Thank you.

I don't even know where to start. I guess I'll start with the place being filthy. Stains and crumbs from food drinks not cleaned. There was black mold all over the ceilings (not just discoloration like there was in many areas....mold). The Air Conditioner didn't work. They acted deceptively shoving a paper towel in the latch of the microwave to keep it closed and make it looked like it worked (it didn't work AND was broken), the floors were dirty. Electric outlet was hanging out of the wall, exposed. We had to leave the room early because the mold caused my wife and daughter migraines and after fighting for hours, the best they would do is cancel that night. Absolutely no refund for the God awful stay. Just another small sample of deception, see those white couches in the picture? They are actually green. It just looks like that in the picture because they are using a filter to lighten the filthy, hole of a property up. Buyer beware.

Overall the stay was wonderful. Staff were friendly and views were amazing. Condo had just what we needed. Cleanliness was a little lacking but the experience made it worth it.

Not good experience

We booked this place for 2 days but wasn’t good experience. There were not much supplies, cleanliness was compromised. You can expect any one to come and ask when will check out before your check out time. There no glasses and no condiments so carry your own before you book this place

Great Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and comfortable. The AC was great during our stay when it was 100 degrees outside. The decor was fun, the Roku TV was great. The management responded very quickly to my messages. The front desk staff was friendly and fun as well. We really enjoyed the pool and the location right across the street from the beach was great. We will be booking again next year.

Our experience at this property was very disappointing. Unfortunately, the unit did not have hot water to showers and refrigerator was not cooling properly. We also noticed mold on the ceiling, along with a persistent mold smell throughout the apartment. Due to these conditions , we felt were healthy nor safe for us and our family. We checked out a day earlier than planned. We requested a partial refund from Vacasa management and still waiting with their decision. We hope these issues are promptly addressed so future guests do not encounter the same problems. So sad because is a great location.

Older property was clean

I wasnt clear that one bedroom opened into living area. The garbage disposal did not work there was no note of that. The wifi code was incorrect so not able to work Friday am. They got a second code to me but took awhile. Allot of light switches seemed non functional although there were lamps. View and location was great and access hours good. Room had a humidifer and noisy ac register. Did smell musty but know this is an issue by the beach. We enjoyed the patio and beds comfortable. Small table on the patio should be added.

Great area, okayish room

The location itself was fantastic. Quiet, The beach just a short walk away, super friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, everything to do just a few minutes down the road, and a great pool. The room however had a few issues- the balcony doors kept jamming, the vents were full of dust and dirt (the rest of the room was clean though!), one of the showers had a vice in place of a faucet handle, the bedroom TV kept randomly increasing/decreasing in volume, and one of the elevators went out on the first day. It was perfectly serviceable as a place to stay but there’s a lot of little things that weren’t ideal for an extended stay. Overall the trip stay was “fine” and we enjoyed ourselves though!

Check in was fine, although super late in the day. Was not able to accommodate early check in. Location was wonderful, directly across Seawall to the beach.The master bathroom shower water was backwards, and it took me awhile to figure it out. The hot side is actually cold, and the cold side is actually hot. The 2nd bedroom is missing a wall. it opens up directly into the living area, which was not shown in the photos, and made for some upset teens girls who were promised their own room. The AC wasn't cooling, at all. The humidity level was 83% according to the thermostat. There was a dehumidifier in the dining room, however when I texted to get instructions they mentioned it did not work. We noticed that the AC wasn't cooling after being gone out in the sun all day long. I texted about a fix, but obviously they couldn't that late at night. They did offer to move us to another unit, but half of my family was already asleep and we were only staying that one night. We were able to receive a small discount for the inconvenience, after asking for it, it was not offered to us.All in all it was a decent place to lay our heads for that one night, although uncomfortable due to the humidity and ac issues. I do wonder why they put us in there in the first place knowing it would be uncomfortable. There was a dehumidifier, so it was obviously known that it get humid in there, and they knew it didn't work.

So much potential but needs upkeep!

This rental has a lot going for it, great central location, stunning beach view, and easy parking. The rental itself needs some major upkeep. It served it's purpose for our 5 day trip, but it did make it challenging with 2 kids and a baby. We arrived to a leaky fridge (that leaked throughout the duration of our trip) and the floors were disgusting, like they hadn't been mopped in a while. We had to buy a mop and socks that's how bad they were. One of the perks to a rental and not a hotel, is the kitchen (we cook a lot of meals instead of eating out) and the kitchen was disorganized, and lacking in basic supplies we needed, like scissors, pot holders, and a can opener. The hot water took 5-10 minutes to heat before using, and the master bath needed a toilet paper holder, hand towel holder, a shower liner, and a new shower head (to name a few) The owners need to spend some time adding some things to the place, cleaning things out, (old broken night stands) to make it better meet the guests needs. Getting ahold of anyone to express this is out of the question when it comes to Vacasa. The beds are comfortable, oven range was wonderful, and the sliding doors were beautiful and kept out the road noise. We would come back if they took better care of the rental.

Broken doors and pests in the kitchen

Property had beautiful view of the ocean with balcony. When trying to access balcony sliding glass door came apart from frame. Had front desk person come up and inspect after notifying Vacasa. He tried to open second sliding glass door marked ‘do not use’ also broken. Noted roaches in drawers, cupboards and counter tops. Notified Vacasa again that same night and requested to be moved. Was told they could not move us that night. Vacated property after notifying Vacasa of all and requesting to be moved to another property without resolution. I was repeatedly told that Vacasa had reached out to someone locally who would be contacting me. Never heard from anyone. Vacasa has refunded part of my payment. I have photos of all. Extremely disappointed at this experience. Morning desk person was advised and shown photos. She said she would contact owners and stated the property should not be rented out in this condition. I will be very careful of who I arrange rentals with for future travel. Alvina Miller

Safety Hazard, Health Hazard , Electrical Hazard

Let me start with Great Views and Great Location Safety Hazard: Balcony railing needs to fixed asap , as the one of the railing is loose can be BIG issue with small kids and Animals as the apartment is in 11th floor and sticky tape is not a way to fix Health Hazard: You can find Mold , Rust all over the apartment . We can’t use one of the bathroom as the handle is a tool (spanner) and rust all over including the shower curtain . Not sue why the apartment owner does not change the shower curtain and replace the shower handle . Electrical Hazard : Dishwasher panel is broken . Fixing with duct tape is not a solution. This may result short circuit and fire hazard . When you are paying so much money per day , basic expectation that you will live in a safe space . Not sure how this place is meeting the code . I sincere advise is put this place is out of market and make necessary repairs . Duct tape , spanners , sticky tape is not a way to fix issues .

We have fixed the balcony railing and performed a deep clean. Upon inspection, no mold was found. Additionally, we have replaced the shower curtain and bathroom handle. We hope that the compensation you received was able to alleviate some of the inconvenience and frustration you experienced. We would love to have the opportunity to host you again for a truly carefree getaway.

Sadly Disappointed

. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I knew the cleanliness of the condo was just a facade after seeing the toilet brush cleaner right next to the toilet; it was beyond disgusting. And the roaches in the place did it for us. I was done at this point, and we had just arrived. I was supposed to be on a mini vacation but instead, I was headed to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies. If you clean the toilet with a toilet brush crusted in feces and urine, there is no telling what the counters, light switches, door handles, etc., are being cleaned with. Also, we could barely open the one sliding door that "worked." There was a note taped to the other door that said, 'Do not use.' Probably should have a note on both doors because I hurt myself trying to open and shut the "working" balcony door. Oh and let me not forget that to get out of the condo, we had to reach through the missing window pane on the screen door to access the handle to let us out since the handle on the inside of the screen door was missing. I don't like leaving negative reviews but after contacting Vacasa after our trip to let them know about these things and share the pics with them, I couldn't get a call back from someone that cared; hence this review.
