Summary:

A cozy retreat for a small family or a romantic getaway in the heart of the Smokies, is what you'll find when you stay at Almost Paradise. This Pigeon Forge cabin rental is comfortable, relaxing, and romantic. With room to sleep up to four guests, the cabin can accommodate you for a honeymoon, a romantic getaway, a small family vacation, or a weekend for a few friends. Fast Wifi for streaming and working remotely!



The Space:

Almost Paradise is all one floor with one King bed and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. In the bedroom you can kick back and relax in the large jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything need to cook meals. From the deck, enjoy the peaceful and wooded views. You might catch a glimpse of the Alpine Coaster! You may hear it as well! The deck has a small table with rocking chairs for two. At the end of a long day exploring the town & attractions, unwind with a soak in the hot tub.



Community pool open from Memorial day until Labor day, only 13 minutes drive (8.5 miles) away. Catch & release fishing pond open year-round. Free for our guests!

The Neighborhood:

The cabin has easy, paved roads and flat parking, enough for 2 vehicles. The cabin is only 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 15 minutes from Gatlinburg, and 20 from the Smoky Mountain National Park.



Located 3 mins from light #3 in Pigeon Forge: off of Wears Valley Rd, by Alpine Coaster.



Community pool open from Memorial day until Labor day, only 13 minutes drive (8.5 miles) away. Catch & release fishing pond open year-round. Free for our guests!



Getting Around:

Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.



Other Things to Note:

The Fireplace is propane and is on October 1st - March 31st.

We also have the twin 1 BR/1BA cabin next door, Knockin' on Heaven's Door, if you want to travel with more people but still want your own space.

We had a wonderful experience at almost paradise! House was good condition, clean, and stocked well. Location was perfect. You had complete privacy while also being just a short drive to the main strip. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch. Overall great experience and would stay again.

Very lovely place! Location is great! So convenient to everything. Cabin was very clean, smelled amazing. Hot tub was fantastic, very private and extremely clean. Didn't use the jacuzzi at all, enjoyed the hot tub to much. Host was excellent. Very quick response every time, from checking in to checking out. Will be returning and would highly recommend!

Overall, the cabin was nice. The noise from Wears Valley Road was a little annoying and the shreiks from the roller coaster were a bit loud. There was a problem with the outdoor spa in that the disinfecting float was stuck in the water intake and over treated the water thus causing excess foam. The shower was stained around the caulk and because the water heater is set so high, it could be a burn hazard. Recommend it be more prominently noted. The cabin itself was clean in other areas and had plenty of amenities. Nothing was mentioned to the management due to the shortness of our stay.
