The full kitchen features full-size appliances, lots of counter space, and an eat-in area for casual meals. The plush living room and bedroom feature ceiling fans for extra guest comfort. Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy a desk workspace ideal for remote work, in addition to an en suite bathroom with two vanities, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. But no matter where you decide to rest, guests can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and beach access during their stay.

beautiful ocean view

We rented one condo and family members rented a second condo and a house in the same location. The condo was very spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with an ocean view. The beach was also really nice to walk on and very beautiful. We saw dolphins swimming every morning. The game room, fitness room and pool close early - about 5:00 pm. The area has an HOA and at some point they will email you a long list of rules which was a little off putting although none really affected us much. They also wanted names of all the guests and driver license for everyone driving a car for a parking permit. This felt a little invasive. We didn't have small children but some of the other families did and there was sort of a feeling that small children were not really that welcome. One of the pools is supposed to be the quiet pool and they don't like children in it even if they are being well behaved but not absolutely silent. Unfortunately the other pool was not heated until we asked the pool manager to turn the heat on and then it took a day to heat up. One of the other families also had infants that did not need their own bed and were initially told that infants counted toward the maximum occupancy which was a little ridiculous.

Beautiful location and condo BUT NOT CLEAN

We loved the location of this condo. Beautiful sunrises and enjoyed watching the ocean each day. Great location for beach and pools alike. Condo was very spacious and well decorated. Our problem with it was that it WAS NOT CLEAN. Carpets were in terrible condition, should have been cleaned BEFORE we moved in. Also all but 1 window was able to be opened, all others broke. And then the screen door on the lanai was broke and could not even be used. Then we also had to report that the electrical system in the entire unit was not working properly. And the refrigerator had broken shelving, which we did get fixed after a couple weeks. We finally were able to get a response from the property manager after 2 weeks of complaining but nothing was done except for refrigerator repairs. All in all, we would NOT RECOMMEND VACASA as a property manager and also not this unit until it gets the overall repairs it needs.

Nice Condo with beautiful view

The condo was very clean. The livingroom could use an additional chair. Also, the kitchen was not as well appointed as I am used to. There were plenty of dishes and glasses however a nonstick skillet and additional cooking and serving utensils would be nice. Also, more bowls for serving food. Other than the kitchen, the rest of the condo had everything you need for a nice stay. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo etc. There are also beach towels and chairs. The balcony is huge and we really enjoyed our time on it watching the ocean. The beach is nice but there are too many large rocks for it to be safe to get in the ocean. The quiet pool is very nice but the hot tub was not hot when we were there. It is a bit of a walk from the condo but there is plenty of parking for driving the short distance.

This property is in a tucked away in a beautiful guarded community with great amenities and an incredible view! Everything is easy to get to. The condo is tastefully decorated, comfy and a great place to relax. Downside - Don't be fooled by the nightly rate, you pay double in fees. There were some issues we ran into with the heating and water but it was the holidays so didn't seem worth reaching out to Vacasa who manages the property.
