The property was clean and comfortable. The beds are great and they provide extra blankets. There are lots kitchen supplies for cooking and grilling. The sunrise views are simply stunning. There is plenty of room on the deck. We had to call the property manager twice for a couple of issues and they responded immediately. Couldnt have asked for better service. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Cottage of fun

This cottage is so beautiful. When we walked in ,it was immediate relaxation. We played games on the deck with the surf sounds. My 4 year grand daughter loved the bird book. We read it cover to cover. The next morning she spotted the Franklin gull and pointed it out.

Cottage del Mar is the perfect cozy cottage for a romantic weekend on the coast. Beautiful sunrises from the master bedroom with gorgeous sunsets from the deck. Strolls along the beach followed by the welcoming pleasantries of the cottage.

Thank you for your review Ray! We agree, we think Cottage Del Mar and her sister property next door, Bella Luna, a 4 bed 4 bath, have the best beachfront locations on the peninsula. Even on holiday weekends during high season, it’s still very quiet and most days like having your own private beach. Our housekeeping and maintenance team take pride in their work and aspire for every guest to have the same 5 star experience; they’ll appreciate that you noticed. Be sure to call in your next reservation and ask for a returning guest discount only available through Bolivar Vacations. We love our repeat guests!
