This large resort style private backyard offers a haven of relaxation and entertainment. Practice your chipping and putting on the huge 5 hole green. Soak up the sun on the poolside loungers. Cool off in the heated saltwater pool (fee for heating). Enjoy the cool winter nights around the fireplace. Enjoy outdoor living with a stainless steel BBQ and dining table under the large covered patio that faces east for afternoon shade. Storage box has child size life vests, Floaties, noodles, and golf clubs. Pool can be heated for additional fee.
GAME ROOM:
Challenge your friends to a tournament on the custom Barrington ping pong table. Or you can place your bets at the poker table.
KITCHEN:
Open to the living room with space and seating for all. This kitchen has everything you’ll need including; coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, slow cooker. Grocery pickup available upon request.
LIVING ROOM:
Large open concept. Catch a game or watch a movie on the 70 inch smart TV.
BED & BATH:
The Master bedroom has a king bed and smart TV with cable and streaming apps. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a smart TV equipped with cable and your favorite streaming apps.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have a king bed and a smart TV’s with cable and your favorite streaming apps.
An upscale guest bathroom is configured with a walk in shower.

Guest Amenities also include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. The pool may be heated to 82 degrees for an additional $80 per night and requires 72 hours notice.

PROPERTY RULES:
Be considerate of the neighbors. City enforced quite time is from 10pm to 6am. Parking in driveway only. No street parking. Only registered guests allowed. No parties, events, or gatherings. Property only available for registered guests. We do not rent to locals. No Smoking or pets allowed; $1500 cleaning / deodorizing fee will be charged. Owner is not liable for injury, loss or damage to any person or possessions. In the cooler months the pool can be heated to 80 degrees for an additional $80 per day and requires 72 hours notice. Ambient nightly temperatures and use of the waterfall may affect the heating conditions. Supervise children in the pool or backyard area. Guest is responsible for supervising all swimming activities. Guest assumes all liability for accidents. Subletting is prohibited.
