Built from connected shipping containers, this one-of-a-kind home features a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, and a fully private outdoor resort space reserved exclusively for your stay—including a pool, mini golf, fire pit, lounge areas, and outdoor dining. No shared amenities.



The Space:

Design & Layout



Because of the architectural design, rooms are connected via exterior walkways rather than interior hallways, meaning you’ll step outside to move between bedrooms and common spaces. This layout maximizes privacy, airflow, and the indoor-outdoor experience that defines TeeBox.

Please note: Bedroom 3 is a flex space rather than a traditional enclosed bedroom.

The entire backyard and pool area is reserved exclusively for TeeBox guests during your stay.

All outdoor spaces are illuminated with café lighting and designed for comfortable day-to-night use.



Grill note: While a gas grill is provided, propane levels are not guaranteed at all times and may occasionally require refilling. A charcoal grill is also available.



Guest Access:

Self check-in is easy and seamless. Exterior gates and doors are secured with keypad access — no keys and no in-person check-in required.



Guests have private access to:

• The TeeBox guest home

• The private pool and outdoor resort amenities

• Designated on-site parking areas



Access codes and arrival details are provided prior to check-in through the guest app.



The Neighborhood:

Worth the Wait Ranch is located in Robinhood Acres, a quiet, established residential neighborhood in North Phoenix.



You’re just one minute from SR-51, making it easy to reach anywhere in the Valley. A large neighborhood park is nearby, along with restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday essentials.



Waymo autonomous rides are available in this area for guests familiar with the service.



Getting Around:

North Phoenix is one of the most central locations in the city.



Approximate drive times:

• 20 min → Sky Harbor Airport

• 20 min → Old Town Scottsdale

• 15 min → Downtown Phoenix

• 20 min → ASU

• 10 min → Desert Ridge Marketplace



Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak are under 15 minutes away. Rideshare services are readily available, though having a car is recommended.



Other Things to Note:

• Events, gatherings, or commercial use require prior written approval and may involve additional fees. Please inquire before booking.

• This home is for registered guests only. Unauthorized gatherings or excessive noise may result in termination of the stay without refund.

• Guests will be asked to review important house information and policies in the guest app after booking.

Worth the Wait Ranch is a multi-structure property. TeeBox is located at the rear of the estate and is fully enclosed and private.



The owner resides in a separate on-site residence and is available if needed, but otherwise gives guests complete privacy. Support is always available for questions, maintenance, or emergencies.
