Charming House and Pool in the olive trees

Nestled in the heart of a private 2-hectare estate with a shared pool, this vacation home is set in the charm of an old 19th-century Bastide and its olive grove on the hills of Grasse.
Enjoy sunny days in the garden, and cool off in the large pool while admiring panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
The pool is shared with the owners during certain weeks in summer, with reserved times.

The house is the annex of a beautiful 19th century Bastide and its olive grove. It is surrounded by a 1.8 ha park planted with trees and flowers. You can stroll along the cypress avenues, among the hundred or so olive trees, and access the swimming pool which will be reserved for you every day from 11 am to 4 pm.

The interior has been completely renovated, but retains its warm Provencal charm. It comprises:
- Living room opening onto fully-equipped kitchen
- 1st bedroom: Queen size bed 160x200
- 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds 90x200
- Shower room with double washbasin and separate toilet
Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Internet, TV, washing machine, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen

Outdoor space:
A large Provencal garden, with many terraces in restanques and the possibility of having your summer meals on the terrace or in the shade of the olive trees.
Very large swimming pool with pool house, bathroom and sunbathing area.
The pool area and pool house are separate and independent from the main Bastide. It is shared with the owners for certain weeks between July 15 and the end of August. However, the pool is reserved exclusively for you from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day.
