Pomme D'Amour is in the small rural village of St Martin des Fontaines in the Southern Vendee (Department 85). The cottage is nestled at the end of the village and surrounded by farmland and open countryside.

Pomme D'Amour is a renovated stylish, light and airy cottage. Access to the cottage is at ground level. On the ground floor lime washed stone walls ensure a cool interior with neutral soft contemporary furnishings, creating a comfortable chic space for relaxing and entertaining. The comfortable open plan lounge has 2-seater settee, 2 armchairs, coffee table, spotlights and dimmer lighting, ample plug points, porcelain tiled floor. Satellite UK tv, Wi-fi, DVD player, books, dvds, games, information pack etc. The ground floor also incorporates an open plan dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A beamed central staircase leads to the first floor bedrooms and bathroom.

Pomme D'Amour has access to our 9 x 4m below ground heated swimming pool. The pool is fitted with solar cover which is put on at night by the owner.

All accommodation is non smoking. No pets permitted. Towels are not provided. Comprehensive information packs. Cots and highchairs available. Stairgate available.

Kitchen and dining
Dining area with table and chairs to seat 4 (window with view across road to fields). Fully equipped kitchen with Hotpoint double oven and grill, hood and electric hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee-maker, kettle, extensive quality kitchenware for six. Tea-towels, cloths, bin liners and cleaning products provided. Iron and ironing board etc.

Living room
The comfortable open plan lounge has a two-seater settee, two armchairs, coffee table, spotlights lighting, porcelain tiled floor. Satellite UK television, Wi-Fi, DVD player, books, DVD's, games etc.

Bedrooms
On first floor attractive double bedroom with exposed beam, Velux window, double bed, bedside units & lamps, shelving and hanging space. All quality bed linen included.
Second bedroom with two single beds + option of cot, bedside drawers, small skylight window, frosted window, exposed beams (low headroom), hanging space. All quality bed linen included.

Bathrooms
Large contemporary bathroom with exposed stonework and beams, shower cubicle with jets, toilet, stone sink with pebble tile surround, generous storage space, spot lights. Hairdryer, mirror, points for hairdryer and shavers. Towels not provided.

Heating
Heating is available low and mid-season. Prices on request. Heating is not provided during high season.
