This is a huge advantage over buildings A and B as they get no shade in the afternoon.

At night when the ocean goes dark, you'll have amazing views of the lit pools and lush landscaping while taking in the ocean breeze. Walk outside to the nearby “Swim” restaurant and swim-up bar with its friendly staff, or follow the beautifully landscaped path to the beach. Wi-Fi (Internet) works great and we work from Rocky Point all the time. No issues with Zoom, Teams or WebEx. You can stream Netflix also.

Two of the main pools are heated during the winter as well as the hot tubs. The pool by the Swim bar is chilled in the summer. There are two EV chargers free to use (guests only).
Rocky Point is only a 4 hour drive from Phoenix and Tucson.
