You will discover a charming little 26 m² studio apartment in a typical historic building in the heart of Old Lyon. Located a few minutes' walk from the Vieux-Lyon metro station (line D), it is ideal for a stay exploring the city or for a business trip. Located on the 1st floor without an elevator, it is very quiet as it overlooks the interior of the property.
It consists of a sitting area with HD TV and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a dining table with chairs for 2 people. Right next door, separated by a door, is a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the mezzanine, accessible via a staircase, is a comfortable 140*190 bed and a wardrobe.
WIFI is available, and sheets and towels are included. Our dedicated team will come by to thoroughly clean the apartment once every two weeks (already included in the price) for stays of more than a week, in accordance with our rental conditions, with a time slot defined in advance with the traveler. For any additional cleaning, the rate is 45E.
Complimentary items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a Traveler's Guide that will give you all the information about the apartment (WIFI code, instructions) and the best places to visit in Lyon.
Check-in is by appointment with a member of our team who will show you around the apartment. This is possible between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. at no extra charge, and after 8 p.m. at an additional cost.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18E (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).
According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
In the case of a late checkin (after 8PM), supplementary fees will apply and will have to be paid to the person meeting you at our apartment.
