This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was just added to rental July 2021! The owners have grandchildren and have made this the ultimate baby/kid friendly get away! From the parking lot you will have NO STEPS to climb, this walk-in unit is right next to the spectacular swimming pool! Compass Pointe Condominiums has one of the ultimate family friendly pools in the area! This complex is located just up the hill from Lands End Condos and down the road from all the restaurants and stores you need for your stay.
Walking in the front door you will find the spacious living room with hardwood floors throughout. A large flat screen smart TV is wall mounted. Seating for all with sofa, love seat, and 2 recliners. Sorry the beautiful stone fireplace is non-operable. The kitchen is equipped for your extended stay with all necessities. The dinning area has a counter height expanding table with 4 chairs and a bench to seat up to 6. The new stacked washer and dryer are right near the kitchen. The sliding glass doors take you to the covered deck where you can sit and relax with a view of the lake. The docks are just down to the right as you look out from the deck.
Down the hallway is the large master bedroom to the left with a king-sized bed, dresser, bay window to the pool side, and flat screen smart TV. The master also has a full shower bathroom. Towards the right of the hall is the other exceptionally large bedroom with a door to the full hall bath. This bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunk on top as well as 2 twin beds. A porta crib and pack-n-play are available as well.
