This inviting 3-bedroom retreat is the perfect home base for year-round adventures in Lake Arrowhead! Spacious and comfortable, it offers a cozy living room, a large deck overlooking the golf course, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. In the winter, you can unwind by the gas fireplace—no firewood required—and in the summer, the deck is the ideal place to relax and soak up the mountain air. With a prime location near hiking trails, SkyPark at Santa’s Village, and Snow Valley Mountain Resort, Mountain Haven is the ultimate getaway for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone looking to reconnect with the great outdoors.
Tucked among the trees, this updated home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious deck that serves as an ideal outdoor living space. The main level welcomes you with a bright, open living room with soaring ceilings and large windows framing serene forest views. Gather with family or friends around the stunning river rock gas fireplace, watch a movie on the smart TV, play a board game, or simply unwind on the plush, comfortable seating.
During the warmer months, extend your living space outdoors—ample seating on the deck invites everyone to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The well-appointed kitchen makes cooking effortless with a full range of modern appliances, and the adjacent dining area provides a warm, inviting space for shared meals and conversation.
When it’s time to turn in, the home’s three bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across two levels. The private master suite on the upper floor features a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath. A separate loft bedroom also offers a king bed and ensuite bath, creating another peaceful retreat. On the main floor, the third bedroom includes a queen bed and easy access to a full bath. Each bathroom is equipped with a convenient bathtub/shower combination.

The home is easy to access with a flat driveway and plowed roads.

The rental is the main home. The owner lives on the property, but has a separate entrance making it extremely private for guests.
Contactless check-in makes it easy to show up when you want and not have to worry about meeting anyone. This home is super clean.
Our rental permit allows up to 6 people. There's a minimum 3-night stay that includes a major holiday.
The laundry is shared with the owner.
In the kitchen is a regular coffee maker, and also a Keurig machine. We supply starter coffee and coffee pods, creamer, and sugar. There are also some spices in the kitchen.
This home is ideal for family vacations, getaways with friends, or small retreats.
There are 2 smart TVs, one on the main floor and one in the master bedroom with Netflix and the Samsung app installed which allows you to get a variety of cable channels.
Wifi is included for normal use.
WINTER INFORMATION
In case of snow, there are snow shovels, a regular shovel, and snow-melt pellets for the decks and walkways.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this Count and will result in huge citations.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be required for safe travel, so it’s best to check CalTrans for updates.
Other Information
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the house, on the decks, or anywhere on the property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in, a $1500 smoking fee, and liability for any fire, smoke or property damage costs.
• No heavy drinking is allowed.
• This is NOT a party house. If you’re looking for a place to play loud music and party, this is not the right house for you. This is a house to relax in and enjoy nature, and the neighbors like having a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.
• Events or parties are not allowed. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
• As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Guest will be responsible for San Bernardino County Enforcement fines and revenue loss from violations.
• Please respect the maximum guest policy. Children are counted as guests.
Security cameras are installed on the OUTSIDE ONLY and record video and audio for security and enforcement purposes only. By accepting this booking you agree to this recording.
Please DO NOT bring your own bedding and pillows. We have plenty of clean bedding and extra blankets at the home.

Pets
Well behaved, friendly, housetrained dogs with no history of aggression are welcome, but you must disclose all pets prior within 4 hours of booking. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $1,000 per pet. Dogs may not be left unattended for more than 4 hours. Contact the owner should you need assistance with leaving your dog for longer periods of time. Guests take full responsibility for actions of their dog(s).
