This prime location puts you in close proximity to tons of entertainment, dining, bars, and shopping, central to The Galleria area! The Galleria Mall is only 1 mile away. Midtown is only 15 minutes away. Downtown is 10 miles away. For the sports fans, you`re nine miles from both the Toyota Center, NRG Stadium, and Minute Maid Park. To all of my partygoers, this location is less than 1 mile from the hottest bars. So as you can see, you have tons of options! :-)

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free private parking in the attached 2-car garage. There is also one parallel parking space located directly in front of the garage which belongs to guests. In addition, the community has a gated private parking area located at the entrance of the neighborhood that may be used by guests. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options nearby.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Feel free to contact us with any additional questions you might have.
- Events are allowed for an additional fee of $300, but you must contact us first for approval.
- Check-in is 4PM, or anytime afterwards. Check-out is 11AM, or anytime before.
- Please be courteous of all neighbors and be mindful of your noise levels at all times, especially after 10PM.
- $100 fine for any guests not paid for/declared in the initial reservation.
- No smoking inside the property, nor in the garage. If you need to smoke, please use the backyard patio. If there is any evidence of smoking inside, a $500 fee will be allocated.
- No food or drinks in bedrooms.
- We offer our guests a complimentary bottle of wine, any additional bottles are $10/each and will be billed to you concluding your stay.
- Please treat this space as if it is your own. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Be sure to clean up after any messes you make, keep common areas clean and tidy. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located in the pantry (to the left of the refrigerator).
- Makeup wipes are provided as a luxury, as well as black makeup towels. Please do NOT use our white towels to clean your makeup. If any towels are stained, a $15 replacement fee will be issued per towel. For any linen that is heavily soiled, a $50 fee will be issued per bed set.
- We do allow pets, but our pet fee is $150. If there is evidence of any animals on the property without the pet fee being paid, a $250 fee will be allocated.
- Excessive cleaning if place is left filthy $250 - If anything is damaged or stolen, a replacement fee will be assessed accordingly.
