A large backyard area with a custom mural is ideal for pictures and entertaining. Arthouse offers a spacious, luxury stay while being conveniently located and only 10 minutes from downtown Houston.

We encourage guests to make themselves at home, but with that comes normal wear on the space and furnishings. If you see anything outside the realm of common scuff marks, a light stain or similar during your initial walk through, please document and forward it to us. We ask that our guests be mindful of towel suggestions (placed in the bathrooms) to help us provide a clean and sustainable environment.

It’s of utmost importance to me that everyone & everything is kept safe during each guest stay.

When you stay in my home, you understand that*:
•Check in> 4 PM (or after)
•Check out> 11 AM

•Events & Guests> no unauthorized parties & events allowed. Only guests listed on the reservation are welcome. [$75 fine per unauthorized guest; includes daytime-only guests]. Events that are approved will entail an additional fee and a security deposit of $300.

•Parking> Maximum of 8 vehicles permitted; 2 in right drive way, 4 in left drive way, 2 on street.

•Damages> broken or missing items will result in a fine. This includes damage from decor on the walls.

•Smoking> no smoking of any kind, anywhere on the premises. $400 fine

•Sanitation> bodily fluids or make up stains should never be discovered by our cleaning crew.

•Hot tub> Hot tub is for adults only and may be used at your own risk. Do not use the hot tub if you have a medical condition without discussing it with your doctor first. ONLY clean swimwear may be worn in the tub. PLEASE SHOWER before using the hot tub to remove makeup, perfumes, sun-screen, insect repellent or any other oil based products. Please do not walk, lean, lay or sit-down on the hot tub insulating cover or it will collapse and break. Damage to the cover will result in a replacement fee. Owner must be immediately notified should the hot tub become damaged so they can quickly and efficiently remedy the issue, to best prevent unsafe conditions.

•Deck> Guests are not to play music outside or be disruptive after midnight.

•Lockouts> guests are responsible if a locksmith is required for re-entry.

•Furniture> in the rare case that furniture is moved; it must be returned to it’s original location.

•Pets> Yes pets are welcome, there is a pet fee. Please keep the following in mind during your stay:
- No pets on the furniture.
- No pets to be left unattended.
- Please do not use bowls from the kitchen for your pet.
- Please clean up after your pet.
