It's also located close to HWY 98, so you are only 1 minute from the famed Donut Hole and only a 10-15 minute drive from all Panama City attractions or Seaside. Legitimately only a 2 minute walk to the beach via the boardwalk from our gated resort. 

White Haven is an exclusive 30A Retreat in Inlet Beach that will have you coming back year after year. This charming, coastal home is a short walk through the neighborhood 's boardwalk to the Emerald Coast's most beautiful white sandy beaches, AND only 2 minutes to Rosemary Beach’s Main St by bicycle. This home is conveniently located in the private gated resort community of Pinecrest, immediately next door to Rosemary Beach East boundary, and the first left off of HWY 98--avoiding traffic. With its open floor plan and plenty of space to spread out, this property is perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a long day on the beach.White Haven offers 6 bedrooms each with private bathrooms, an office, and a state-of-the-art kitchen, among other luxurious amenities!


The first floor (lower level) welcomes you with outdoor patio furniture and faces the swimming pool. Upon entry, you are met with a large bonus living space with a kitchenette. The kitchenette offers a large mini fridge, stand-alone ice maker, pool plasticware and large cabinet and shelf space. Also, on this floor are three bedrooms including two Master bedrooms with King beds and a guest room with two Twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own dedicated bathroom. The full-size laundry is perfectly located on this level to drop your wet towels when you get back from the pool or beach after rinsing off at the private outdoor shower. 


Make your way up to the second floor and be amazed! This vast space features a gorgeous high-end kitchen, massive living room and plenty of seating at the dining table and breakfast bar. The large open floor plan combined with wrap-around windows convey the beach house oasis vibe. Also, on this floor are two additional bedrooms: both are master bedrooms with King sized beds and en suite bathrooms. Off of the living room is an outdoor balcony with comfy seating, bistro tables, and a propane grill. This balcony is the perfect place to have your morning coffee, evening cocktail or just read a book to relax!
Inside, venture up the modern spiral staircase will land you in a huge loft area. The loft is complete with a desk and seating - the perfect spot to work remotely or complete your online learning! The sixth bedroom is on this 3rd level with a Full over Full bunk bed with pull out Twin trundle. A great retreat for the kids that also has its own private en suite bathroom. Both the loft and the bunkroom have TVs as well. Family games are also included in the main living area for late night family time or rainy-day activities.

If the beach is not on your agenda for the day, the best shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach, 30Avenue, Seacrest and more are a short walk or bike away! You can not beat the location of Pinecrest at the intersection of Rosemary and Inlet Beach. Located behind private gates, this home's location allows the kids to roam safely, ride their bikes or scooters, play a game of football or take a dip in the gorgeous Pinecrest pool. If you are in town to play tennis, the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club is across the street with daily or weekly pass options.
