This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with a seating area to lounge and enjoy the view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms have double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Considered the historic cradle of the Bordeaux wines, the Chartrons district extends from the Public Garden to the docks, passing the very cosmopolitan and trendy Notre Dame district.

Located on the banks of the Garonne River, the area still boasts memories of its maritime past, fed by the Bordeaux wine expedition. You can stroll around to enjoy the lively streets and many antique shops or stop for lunch in one of its many restaurants on the pavements.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Camille Godard, is just a 4-minute walk.

Bordeaux Airport is about a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
