Welcome to Plouguerneau, a charming Breton commune, ideal for sea, nature, and culture lovers.
You will stay in this lovely renovated neo-Breton house that offers sleeping capacity for 8 people!
It is located a few steps from the GR34 and a magnificent fine sand beach where you will enjoy the view of the Ile Vierge lighthouse.
Its exceptional location is its greatest asset, but the house has other surprises in store!
On the ground floor: you will appreciate the large, bright living area that leads to the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room, allowing you to prepare delicious meals.
A washer-dryer is also at your disposal.
The very welcoming living area allows you to comfortably settle in for a moment of relaxation in front of the television while admiring the lovely garden view.
WIFI is included.
A master suite with a large 160x200 bed and an adjoining bathroom.
Upstairs, you will discover 3 other bedrooms (1 bedroom with twin beds and the other 2 bedrooms with a double bed).
Another bathroom with shower and double sink.
Household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) are PROVIDED AND INCLUDED in the cleaning fees.
Beds will be made upon your arrival.
You will appreciate the large garden without overlooking neighbours and the peaceful environment.
