This two bedroom, two full bathroom one floor unit does require stairs to get up to the home. Spacious deck with views of the entire lot and bay. Inside is a living room with a large comfy couches ready for everyone to gather and a TV that has the local channels. The kitchen area includes a full fridge/freezer, stove/oven, cooking utensils and food storage (see list of kitchen amenities below.)

This is a water front lake home that is ready for you and all of your memories. This place is great for family gatherings, little children, girls weekend, hunting, snowmobiling and fishing weekend, unplug and unwind. With space of 1.5 acres, it gives you all the space you could ask for to relax and with the town of Ottertail 1 mile away, there is plenty to do and enjoy!!

Includes a dock to tie up floaties. bring your boat and use the public landing (remember to drain your boat before and after to avoid unwanted water life transferring!!) Enjoy the spacious water front area to relax or float or even catch a fish right off the dock!

The deck is perfect for viewing throughout the day and a bonfire pit (not during extreme drought fire hazards conditions, please check local weather/news before use). We are including firewood at no cost (near firepit). Grill is available for your use (please move away from side of house, any grilling done next to house is subject to fine replacing any melted/damaged siding)

Some highlights of our policy are the following:
Not allowed:
• No Grilling next to the house
• No smoking of any kind in cabin (include vaping, marijuana and cigarettes of any kind) If it is found that smoking has occurred inside the cabin it is a $100 fine and replacement of anything that is damaged.
• No glass at the beach
• No campers on lot
• No Pets - If it has been found that pets are in the cabin it is a $200 fine for each pet.
• No guest overnight that are not a part of your original reservation group.
• No loading or unloading any watercraft (jet ski/boat etc. from rental property. There is a public landing that is to be used.
• No parties
• No campers on lot
• Clean dishes and kitchen utensils after use.
• Do not turn AC below 70
• Do not grill next to side of house- move to edge of driveway and clean after use
• Do not leave fire pit unattended.
• Do not leave children unattended at rental property beach


Fees and Fines will be enforced if any of the above are not followed.




What is here in greater detail:
The kitchen- includes microwave, stove/oven, fridge with top loaded freezer. sink. coffee pot. toaster. blender. Keurig. cooking and eating utensils. There is no dishwasher so please use the sink and dish towels and drying rack.

Large counter space, storage and dining table for prepping and serving food. We do include paper napkins, 2 ice trays and salt and pepper to get you started. Anything you may need please bring with!

Check the Husky storage for additional kitchen and home needs.

Four beds- queen, 2 fulls and two twins.

The Bathroom- has a shower and sink. towels and toilet paper included

• Lakes- Our lake is great for fishing- great for bass, sunny, croppy fishing. Tubing, boating and skiing! Lake Ottertail public landing is 3 miles away as well!
• Walk Path- We have a 3 mile walking path
• ER- Perham emergency and full hospital is 10 minutes away.
• Clinic- Local clinic open in Ottertail and is one mile away.
• Golf- WORLD CLASS- Thumper pond golf course 1 mile away.
• Pet- Pet boarding (highly recommended) perham- All Creatures boarding
• Pet- Vet and 24 service 15 min away in battle lake
• Zorbaz!!! Zorbaz 15 min drive around Ottertail.
• Nearby towns- Perham is 10 minutes away, Dent is 15 minutes away and Battle Lake is 15 minutes away.
