Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 40 m² duplex flat with shared pool which can accommodate up to 6 people and is less than a kilometre from the beach in the commune of Arzon. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation (facing west) is as follows:
on the ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), TV
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Shower room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A shared enclosed swimming pool (unheated - dimensions 20m x 10m - depth 0.90m to 1.90m) accessible by key. Opening dates from 1 June to 30 September (non-contractual)
- A 3m² balcony with a table and chairs offers a view of the port of Crouesty and the shared swimming pool to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Arzon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Activities :
- Hiking,
- Kayaking on the Gulf of Morbihan from Kerners, during a cruise from Port Navalo
- Visit the different islands such as l'île au moines, Belle île en Mer, île Houat, île Houdic.
- Suscinio Castle,
- The Cairn of Petit Mont.
- Markets: Sarzeau on Thursdays, Port Navalo on Fridays and St Gildas on Sundays. These are great markets in the summer and always a pleasure to stroll around.
-You can also visit Vannes, the Quiberon peninsula or Rochefort en Terre.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the underground garage.
A public car park close to the residence is free from 1 November to 31 March and chargeable from 1 April to 31 October.
