The Space:

Our loft has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private fenced backyard with chairs, a table, and a hammock for relaxing during the day. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, as well as a walk-in closet and a desk for working with high-speed wifi. The open living/dining area is perfect for cooking while watching a movie or chatting with friends, with bar-top seating for two.

The Neighborhood:

Minutes from S. Congress Avenue, downtown, Town Lake, Zilker park, the airport and much more. Right off two major highways; 290 and I-35 for easy access.



Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY:

a- 2 pets maximum unless we discuss otherwise.

b- Pets must be disclosed, otherwise, a $250 fee will incur.

c- Our pet fee is $25/night. It will be included in your total charges once you add your pet in the reservation. The fee provides you with the following:

1- Folding crate (36.5 x 23.25 x 24.75. Please fold after use and watch your fingers while folding/unfolding)

2- bed.

3- Waste bags.

4- Leash.

5- Food/ water bowls.

6- Towels (please use the grey ones for your pet).

7- Treats (availability isn't guaranteed).

c- Dogs must be crated if you are away.

d- Pets are not allowed in bed. There is a couch cover in the TV console if needed for your pet.



- Please be mindful of the noise you are making. Quiet hours start at 10 pm.



- EARLY CHECK-IN:

Guests who would like to check in early will be required to pay $15 for every hour before 5 pm.

ex. 3pm check-in would be a $30 fee.

No earlier than 1:30 pm



- LATE CHECK OUT:

Guests who want to check out later than 11 am. are required to pay $15 for every hour after 11 am.

No later than 2pm.



**Please be advised that any unapproved late checkout will incur a $60 per hour fee, as our housekeeping team will be on the clock waiting for guests to depart.



- Smoking tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes (vaping), or any other substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoke smells or other evidence of the above will result in extra fees.



Security cameras are present around the exterior of the property.



Please take your shoes off once you enter the loft.



- Candles aren't allowed.
