Recently renovated 3bedroom/2 bath that combines the 2nd and 3rd floors is perfect for one or more families.

Open up the slider and enjoy the private outdoor deck. If you have small children to teenagers, they will love the playground and basketball courts across the street. Walk to the end of the street to watch the sun set at the 14th street bulk head.

The beach/boardwalk is a 10 minute walk. The shops/restaurants on Asbury are also just a few short blocks away along with Mallon's, Dead End Bagels and Johnny B Good just a few blocks away. Mario's Restaurant is located below and our guests are always surprised at how quiet the space is and enjoy the convenience of the restaurant.

The space was recently renovated in 2021 and sleeps 8.

The downstairs area has a kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances, a dining area and living room with multiple ceiling fans, couches/chairs and a Smart TV to stream your favorite shows or music! There is also a full bathroom and bedroom with a queen sized bed.

Upstairs there is a laundry area with side by side washer dryer, a full bath (tub/shower for the small kids) and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed (perfect for the kids)

This quiet space is ideal for a single family or multiple families.

DUE TO COVID, ALL LINENS, TOWELS AND BLANKETS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

We were in OC for a wedding & stayed for a long weekend. Property was exactly as described and how it looked in the photos. Nicely updated and clean. Everything seemed brand new. 15th street is right in the heart of town so we were close to attractions and stores. Only a three minute walk to the bay to watch the sunset...and we considered it a bonus that we were above Mario’s pizza!

Shore reunion

This unit is beautifully updated, with high-end appliances in the kitchen and stylish, comfortable furniture. The midtown location was great for access to shopping and restaurants. Mike, the host, is very communicative and helpful. When we’re coming back to visit family, we’d love to stay here again.

We took our son, daughter-in-law, and 4 grandsons (ages 8-15) to Ocean City for 4 days/3 nights. We had a terrific time, and this property was perfect for our needs. We had high expectations, and it easily met our expectations. The property has recently been renovated and was very clean.The scheduling was easy. The communication with the host was excellent. The location was convenient. We found having the restaurant under the unit to be a bonus. We we will definitely want to stay there again.

The apartment was attractive and adequate for my sisters and I. There was no noise or smell from the downstairs restaurant. The food was tasty. TVs in the bedrooms and a better job by the cleaning crew were our only complaints.

Nice place; conveniently located

Our group had a good stay at Mike's place. This listing was accurate and everything in the space was nice and met our needs. The communication before and during our stay made everything very easy. Mike even approved an early check-in for us that we didn't end up needing. You'd never know there's a restaurant below this living space, as it was very quiet despite being busy during business hours. We really liked the location, since it was within walking distance to the beach/boardwalk and had a nice playground right across the street for our son. The extra beach chairs came in handy too.

Great Place

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Far enough from boardwalk that it's not crazy busy, but close enough doesn't take long to get there even walking. only downfall it is fairly long walk to the beach although we didn't mind it if you have young kids may bit a long walk. property owners are very nice and helpful for anything needed.

Quiet Respite Close to Everything

The property was clean, bright, and newly renovated. Its central location made trips to the beach, bay, boards, & grocery store easy. Great back deck for coffee in the morning & dinner/drinks at night, plus lots of space for beach chairs, bikes, etc. Ample street parking was a plus. Mike, the owner was great with check-in and making sure everything was good with the property. Nice, relaxing spot for a vacation getaway.

Perfect rental for a family vacation at the beach!!

This was a really great house for a week at the shore. The walk to the boardwalk/beach was a perfect 15 minute walk. The house itself is definitely worth not being closer. We'd recommend staying here to anyone and everyone. The pizza downstairs was also good, and very convenient!! Especially when your little ones are getting cranky around dinner time:)

Convenient and clean

We enjoyed our stay at the condo - everything was just as described, clean and updated. We have two young children and the playground across the street (partly why we picked this place) turned out to be very convenient and helpful. We definitely made frequent trips to Mario’s Pizza downstairs. We ended up driving to the boardwalk and beach given our young kids but it wasn’t too much a hassle. Overall we had a good time

great vacation

This apartment has been renovated. Everything is brand new and nicely put together. We enjoyed our stay here. The playground across the street was nice for the kids to play. we had to drive to the beach because we have small children but the walk to the beach for adults is not bad at all. Overall, we enjoyed our time very much.
