Oceanfront Luxury Home with Large Deck & Direct Beach Access - No Egrets

Welcome to No Egrets! You'll have no regrets about staying at this oceanfront paradise. Oceanfront views and beachy décor greet you as you enter the 2-story home. Spread out in 4 large bedrooms, 2 having their own private bathroom. Enjoy your direct, private beach access boardwalk that leads straight into the sand. Lounge on the open side of the oceanfront deck and lay out under the warm sun, or feel the ocean breezes with a cool cocktail under the covered portion of the deck with various seating options.

Open floor plan encompasses the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all with lovely ocean views. Relax on the plush living room furnishings to watch a movie or catch up on your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. Living room provides sliding door access directly onto the oceanfront deck. Grill out on the gas grill on the deck. Cook family meals in the large, fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Your guests can keep you company at one of the three bar seats. Eat or play games all together at the 8-person dining table right next to the kitchen. A small, 2-person table off to the side offers additional seating.

1st floor oceanfront primary bedroom has 1 king bed, private deck access, along with its own en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. Primary bathroom has double vanity. Oversized standing shower has double shower heads, with one standard and one overhead rain shower to give you a luxury, spa feel. The only street side bedroom acts as a 2nd suite with 1 queen bed, large full length mirror and the option for an abundance of natural light. The full, private bathroom attached has a tub/shower combo.

Two large bedrooms and one full bathroom are housed on the 2nd floor of the home. Bedroom 3 sleeps 4 guests with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Bunk together in bedroom 4, which has 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle pull-out. TVs are provided in both bedrooms for evening entertainment. Wake up to ocean views and the Folly sunrises from either bedroom.

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 9 blocks away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy Instagram shots!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

Parking is free in the driveway area. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home, for 10 guests.

No Egrets has all modern amenities to make your vacation one of comfort and ease. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, TVs in all rooms, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, gas grill, outdoor bar & seating and outdoor shower. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided. Home is non-smoking. Home is not pet-friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of 10 people in the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
