Welcome to TY COAT! This wooden house, combining modernity and natural charm, offers an atypical outdoor space. Take advantage of the Nordic bath, or the heated swimming pool, hidden under a sliding wooden deck for a unique experience. The beach, just a 5-minute walk away, is a great addition to your holiday!

Inside, this large house offers 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), two of which open onto an outside terrace overlooking the garden. There's also a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a study opening onto a private, covered terrace with magnificent views of the sea and Aber Benoit!

On the ground floor, you'll find the other 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), including a master suite with bath, offering a cosy, intimate space. The large living room, with its central fireplace and open-plan kitchen, is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends.

Outside, you can enjoy a very large wooden terrace of 180m² and a garden of over 1000m². Under this spacious wooden terrace, simply slide out part of the deck to reveal a magnificent 7x3m swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees from early May to late September (depending on weather conditions). You can also relax in the Nordic bath, a wood-heated jacuzzi without bubbles.
