Had a great time. Saw 5 bears around the property the first day. It was great. Chalet was good. We were only visiting for the weekend so did not cook or use hot tub. Spent most of time in town and played pool in the chalet. Bedrooms were comfy.

Nice cabin in the mountains

I took the wife, kids and my parents on a spring break trip. Plenty of room. Quiet, and clean. We had a nice stay. The only odd thing about that cabin and this might be normal. All 3 bedrooms had different shower temps when on max. Beds were ok. Location and views were beautiful from the cabin. Would stay here again.

Great house, but kitchen lighting needs fixed

The overhead lights in the kitchen did not work! The fan could be turned on and off, but the attached light did not work. In addition, the light over the stove would not come on, so cooking dinner was a challenge in the dark! I called the office, but they did not help. Otherwise, it was a very nice cabin, and we enjoyed our time there. It was spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our whole group! We would stay here again.

Awesome Cabin

Overall I have a four star but it was a very great stay. For location it’s a very quiet location. It is all the way up the mountain so be aware of that. There are a lot of sharp turns. Your GPS will go out. These is not a view from this cabin. What you see as the picture from the balcony is exactly how it is. Everything was clean. The area it’s self was awesome. I would recommend an updated pool table because it’s old and some sides are falling out, and the nets at each end are loose. I would recommend for there to be a broom and dust pan to pick up dirt. Overall it was a good place and communication was very easy between the company and us. Very family friendly. Close to attractions.

Disappointing view

We love visiting the Smoky Mountains, but this cabin did not satisfy our expectations. We had absolutely no view of the mountains on either level. It was totally covered by trees. The lights and jets on the hot tub didn’t work. All 3 bedrooms are crammed together downstairs. There is only one thermostat regulating a temperature for the whole cabin, so it was difficult to find a comfortable setting without the downstairs freezing. Lastly, the windows definitely need cleaning. We’ve stayed in a lot of cabins in Gatlinburg, and unfortunately we will not be coming to this one again.

Not what the listing and price implied

This property was not guest friendly. When traveling its the simple things that make your stay pleasent. The house had no: hand soap, kitchen cooking ingredients (i.e. no salt and pepper. Not even a few coffee pods to get started). The home was not clean, balloons and confetti remained from prior guests. Cabinet doors were off hinge, thick fan dust, main floor toilet is unstable. Temperature downstair is 10° different from 2nd floor. Hot water tank is set to very low heat. But most importantly there was no view.

Hello, We do not leave hand soap or kitchen ingredients due to liability purposes I have notes where you called about hand soap but said nothing about cleaning, dust or any of the other issues you listed, If we would have known we would have taken care of each issue you had.
