Welcome to your Smoky Mountain getaway in Chalet Village, one of the most sought-after communities in the area! This fully renovated chalet combines beautiful mountain surroundings with plenty of space and entertainment for the whole family.

Curl up in front of the gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the large Vizio Smart TV, or gather around the table for dinner, games and family time.

The great room is also where the fun happens! Enjoy two arcade games (Centipede & Pac-Man), foosball, ping pong and Cornhole. We also have a Nex Playground for even more family entertainment.

Relax & Enjoy the Outdoors

After a day of hiking, skiing or exploring Gatlinburg, relax in the private Jacuzzi hot tub located just outside the bedrooms.

Enjoy the gas firepit on the upper deck or gather around the wood-burning firepit for an evening under the stars.

Chalet Village Amenities

As our guest, you can enjoy all that Chalet Village has to offer, including three clubhouses, seasonal pools, year-round pickleball/tennis courts, game rooms and more.

We even provide a complimentary pickleball set for you to enjoy during your stay!

Hi Hana, We're so glad you found Ski'n with the Bears to be a beautiful property. As for our local bear visitors, they are definitely part of the Smoky Mountain experience! While a fence may seem like a good solution, bears are surprisingly skilled climbers and can easily make their way over most barriers. We always encourage guests to enjoy wildlife from a safe distance and avoid leaving food outside. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another Smoky Mountain adventure soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit very much! The driveway is easy to navigate. The kitchen/pantry area has lots of cookware, dishes, pot holders, Tupperware, etc… for dining in. My kids really enjoyed the foosball table, video games, and hot tub. We also enjoyed the ease of the gas fireplaces and the fun of the wood burning pit in the front.
