Park in the red gravel area at the front of the house. Avoid driving behind the property to prevent landscape damage.

We’re excited to host you! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, please review and follow these house rules:

✔️General Rules:
- Maximum Occupancy: Up to 9 guests. Please no groups of more than 4 unrelated adults.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited due to fire hazards.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
- No Parties or Events: Events require prior host approval.
- No Eating or Drinking in Bedrooms: Help us keep the home fresh and clean.
- Shoes Off Inside: Kindly remove shoes upon entering.
- Tidy Up Before Departure: Please wash dishes and take out the trash.
- Check-In after 4 PM | Check-Out by 10 AM

🛏 Bunk Bed Safety: The triple bunk bed is designed for children or guests under 200 lbs.
🚗 Parking: Park only on the gravel directly in front of the home. Do not drive behind the house to avoid getting stuck or causing damage. Guests will be responsible for repair costs.

🐾Pet Policy (Pre-Approval Required):
- Service Animals always accepted and not charged
- Pets allowed on the main floor only
- Crate when unattended
- Use blankets on furniture if your pet will be joining you there
- Control barking, especially during quiet hours.
- Clean up all waste and control barking
- Fees: $50 per night (excludes service animals). Ask about our long-term rates.
