Experience the awe-inspiring ocean sunrise in South Florida right from the comfort of your own balcony. Our living room sofa turns into a comfortable double sized bed for the comfort of your guests, WIFI is reliable and fast. The place is clean and stocked with the basic necessities. Rooftop has a wonderful setup with a ton of free space, giving you a chance to hang by the pool, relax at the hot tub, have a drink at the bar, or rest in a quiet corner reading a book. Ideal if you need to relax and have fun connecting with the nature through the beach and ocean escapes

Since this is a resort, there are some fees to pay at check in and they are not included in the rate.

Resort services include:

* Pool and Beach towels
* Access to the Gym
* Rooftop Pool
* Yoga classes
* 2 Complimentary Beach Chairs
* Bicycle rental (1st hour free for up to 2 bicycles).

The fees are an administrative fee of $56.5 per stay, a resort fee of $39.50 per night per room. The resort will also make a $100 hold per stay.

You are welcome to bring your pet to the resort, we do not charge pet fees but the resort charges $100 per stay.

If you have a car, the building offers Valet Parking for $42.80/day.

You can also get an inexpensive parking permit from the city of Hollywood.
