TY FLOSQUE - Nice family house near the beach

Welcome to Ty Flosque, a cosy house ideally located less than 15 minutes' walk from the sea.

As soon as you enter the house, you'll discover a welcoming lounge, a bright dining room and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. A double bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed completes this level, as does a shower room directly accessible from the garage (perfect for returning from the beach!).

When you go upstairs, three spacious bedrooms await you, ensuring a comfortable space for all. 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds (160x200) and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The landing offers a relaxation area with a television, as well as a selection of books and games to enhance your moments of rest. There is also a bathroom on the first floor.

The enclosed garden provides a safe space for children, while the terrace invites you to enjoy al fresco meals or moments of relaxation outdoors.

Ty Flosque offers a friendly atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy every moment, making your stay unforgettable.

Within a 30-minute drive, you can explore the most touristy places in Pays d'Iroise: discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), explore the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, stroll along the wild coast or in the dunes of Sainte Marguerite, visit Pointe Saint Mathieu, the castle of Kergroadès, or the Marine Museum in Brest. For art enthusiasts: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Fine Arts Museum in Brest, and more.

For children, you'll find nearby attractions such as the "Récré des 3 Curés" (amusement park) and Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe). Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby splendid spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding, or surfing. Golf enthusiasts will find several courses nearby, including the Golf des Abers.

We also offer a rental service for baby equipment, games, and sports equipment (bikes, scooters, paddles...), allowing you to feel right at home! This accommodation is non-smoking (indoors) and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A security deposit will be requested before your arrival via our partner Swikly.
