The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming house in the village of Plurien, featuring Wi-Fi (fibre optic), with a floor area of 100 m² and accommodation for up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with a shower) and a garden of around 150 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV, double sofa bed and a fireplace (firewood provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, gas barbecue, tumble dryer.

Outdoors:
- A lovely 150 m² garden + terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Plurien, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park right in front of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway stations: Lamballe, St Brieuc
- Nearest airports: Rennes, Dinard

To access your accommodation, you can choose between:
- Self-check-in: by collecting the keys directly on site from a key box at the house.

- A welcome in person: in this case, you’ll be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who’ll show you around the house, share some local tips with you and hand over the keys.
