Located 3 km from Bourg-en-Bresse, a short walk from the Seillons forest, this 48 m² cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. Situated on a beautiful, peaceful property, and adjoining the owners' villa, this comfortable cottage offers all modern conveniences. A separate entrance leads to the fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living and dining area, where wrought iron and wood blend harmoniously (including a 140cm sofa bed designed for 2 people). A sliding door leads to a shower room with a walk-in shower and integrated toilet. The bedroom has two 80x200cm beds that can be joined to create a 160cm bed. A €50.00 deposit will be required for the gate remote control. The best part: everything is included – beds made upon arrival, towels and linens provided, as well as electric underfloor heating. The swimming pool, shared with the owners (6m x 12m and 1.10m to 1.58m deep), is available for your use only during the warmer months (children must be accompanied by an adult). Come and relax on your small private terrace or in the large garden. For the more active, there are beautiful walks in the Seillon forest, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.
