Nestled on a hillside within a gated and secure estate, this villa boasts breathtaking views of the Bay of Cannes and the Esterel Mountains, promising a serene and private retreat while remaining close to the vibrant cities of the French Riviera.
Our spacious villa, covering 280 square meters, is perfectly designed to host your family or friends comfortably. The property consists of two separate houses, each with its own entrance, providing both privacy and shared spaces for all guests. With a total of 6 bedroomsâ3 with double beds, 3 with single beds, and 2 convertible sofa bedsâeveryone will enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. The 4 bathrooms ensure convenience and comfort for all occupants.
Each house features a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation, and several terraces with varying orientations to enjoy throughout the day.
Discover the charm of our 6,000 square meter garden, a spacious green area where tranquility abounds. The garden, adorned with multiple terraces, offers the perfect setting to enjoy the outdoors, whether youâre relaxing or sharing a meal with family or friends. At the heart of this verdant space is a saltwater pool, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. Nearby, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue awaits, ready for you to prepare delicious grilled meals, ensuring moments of conviviality.
The various terraces allow you to choose your favorite spot at any time of the day. Especially noteworthy is a terrace near the pool, which offers a lovely view of the Bay of Cannesâperfect for watching the summer fireworks. The absence of overlooking neighbors guarantees your privacy, leaving you alone with the natural beauty of the Esterel and an unobstructed view of the surroundings.
This outdoor space is designed to offer simplicity and comfort, allowing everyone to find their own little paradise to unwind and enjoy the moment.
Many activities are at your disposal! Whether indoors or outdoors, you can take advantage of the luxury of a well-equipped gym located on the ground floor. In the garden, youâll find a newly renovated court for pĂ©tanque, badminton, and volleyball, reserved exclusively for your use. Additionally, there is a shared tennis court within the estate.
PARKING: A large parking area is available for up to 5 cars.
LOCATION: The villa is located in the heights of Mandelieu-La-Napoule, just 12 minutes from the beaches of Mandelieu, 30 minutes from the center of Cannes, 25 minutes from Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël, 5 minutes from the highway, and 40 minutes from Nice Airport.
GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be provided automatically via a key box from 4 PM at the property address.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Linens are provided for stays of 6 nights or more. For stays of less than 6 nights, linens are available as an optional extra upon request and at an additional cost. A tourist tax may be requested depending on the booking platform chosen.
SERVICE: To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link that we will send once your reservation is confirmed. After that, you will have access to a digital welcome guide available throughout your stay. It will contain all the information related to the arrival procedure, how the property operates, local recommendations, and more.
