We are happy to offer to our guests this beautiful, hill country home located on the 17th hole – HANG YOUR HAT! This custom cut stone home is located on the Golf Course in the Concan Country Club area. Surrounded by the native oaks, Hang Your Hat is 6 bedrooms/6 ½ baths/outdoor kitchen & TV/pool /sand volleyball – perfect vacation home for your family and friends to enjoy.
Each of the roomy bedrooms has a TV, private bath, and closet. There are two master suites in Hang Your Hat. The open floor plan is inviting for relaxing while visiting or creating one of those famous Frio vacation meals! Granite countertops and a large eating bar complete your central living space. The back windows bring the outdoor views indoors. You will step out onto a large covered porch and amazing outdoor kitchen area. A 2nd refrigerator, half bath, flat screen TV, granite entertaining bar, fire pit, BBQ pit, volleyball, free golf, and private swimming pool /hot tub, complete Hang Your Hat to be the perfect rental for your Frio vacation! Hang Your Hat has amenities that everyone in your group to enjoy.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Nestled side-by-side, Hang Your Hat and Concan Cowboy offer a perfect retreat for large groups, comfortably accommodating up to 64 guests across both homes. Book both properties together and enjoy a 10% discount on the nightly rental rate, ensuring a memorable and affordable stay for your entire party.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
We provide:
