Located just one house from the expansive, white sand private beach with lifeguards on duty. Beach and dunes were just refurbished and expanded in summer 2018 to make an even bigger and better beach! Surfers and paddlers are welcome. Just minutes from the boardwalk and entertainment and close to Lavallette shopping, restaurants and bars.

Open floor plan on the first floor with fully equipped modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. Adjacent dining area comfortably accommodates 7+ people. Spacious living area with Smart TV, free WiFi access with large couch and a recliner sofa and a chair. Half bathroom, Easy access to secluded rear patio with Weber grill, table, chairs and umbrellas. Private, enclosed, outdoor shower. Driveway parking for 2 cars and Off-street parking for 2+ cars.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath, plus a large master suite with adjoining full bath. First bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the master en-suite has a King bed, flat screen TV and a spacious balcony/Deck. Central AC with ceiling fans in every room.

Smoke free home. Great for families. Linens and towels are the renters responsibility. Weekly beach badges for access to the private beach for the family of six can be provided and the additional badges can be purchased at the beach entrance.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. If less than 30 days, bookings will receive a full refund ONLY if the property can be re-rented prior to your scheduled stay.
