Der Cabana Club verfügt über einen privaten Sandstrand am Atlantik. Der makellos gepflegte Privatstrand ist der perfekte Ort, um sich unter einer Palme zu entspannen, die tropische Sonne zu genießen oder im Atlantik zu spielen. Für diejenigen, die sich nicht für Sand oder Salzwasser interessieren, bietet der Cabana Club einen 65 'langen, kristallklaren, beheizten / gekühlten Pool, der Sie an heißen heißen Sommertagen und an kühlen Winterabenden erwartet.

Wir wissen, dass Menschen gerne mit ihren Hunden reisen, wir auch. Das KCB Beach House ist hundefreundlich für eine nicht erstattungsfähige Haustiergebühr von 250 $. Wir haben auch viele hundefreundliche Plätze in den Schlüsseln. Coco Plum Beach, Marathon Dog Park und The Dolphin Research Center sind nur einige davon.

We have stayed in KCB before so knew the lay of the land. House was spotless and well equipped. Location perfect. Bring your boat, the kids, and the dog….Everything about the week was perfect. Will look to stay here again.

Excellent property that has everything you need. The owner was very responsive. Kids loved the dock out back. Access to the Cabana Club was a perfect addition to the stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Great home in Key Colony Beach

This is a nice, clean, well furnished home in a great location. The Cabana Club with its pool, hot tub, beach, bar and grill is just 3 blocks away. You can keep a boat right at the house. Easy access to diving and fishing by boat or car. Tennis and pickel ball courts as well as a golf course are very close. We stayed a week and highly recommend it.

Had 4 adults and a dog, brought our boat.. so convenient to be on the water, fuel and bait minutes away by boat. Enjoyed the club with the pool and beach access. Great restaurants just minutes away. This will go down as one of our top vacations ever. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was great.

Very Comfortable

Everything we needed was there. Plenty of towels, very well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed being on the canal. Caught a few mangrove snappers. We took advantage of the Cabana Club everyday. Pool was nice but crowded. Also wish it was open later than 7 pm. Would definitely reserve house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for family vacation. Beds very comfortable. Accommodations perfect. We had our boat - docked at the home. Enjoyed evenings on the back patio. Manatees came several nights to the dock (they liked the fresh water from the hose when trying to clean the boat). We cooked several nights with the well stocked kitchen. Parking the boat was difficult due to space, but was ok for the trailer. No room to turn around on road with boat so many people with boats had to back the boats/trailors all the way back down the street to get out. Not a big problem as long as you know how to do it down a fairly good stretch of street :)- no problem for us but just warning others. Overall we loved the stay, will definitely rebook!!

Great Place!!

This property is centrally located, which is huge. The traffic coming from Miami, or going to Key West, can be a pain. This is nice because it’s right in the middle. The Mgmt even brought me a bottle of champagne, because it was my birthday!!! :) We saw sharks, manatees and a plethora of different birds! We used the kayaks and kayaked right over the manatees! So cool! I HIGHLY recommend the Turtle Hospital and seeing the amazing work these individuals due to rehabilitate the sea turtles. The townhome was equipped very well. Could use some cleaning in the living room furniture, because there was dog treats and fruit loops in the couches! Lol. Beds/bathrooms/kitchen all very nice and clean. A couple of my older kids slept in the bunk beds and said they were very comfortable. The master bedroom/bathroom was great. The full/queen bed is a little worn, according to one of my sons and his girlfriend. Overall, this place is very nice, centrally located, Mgmt is responsive and very nice! Would definitely recommend!!

Loved the Cabana Club and Beach!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed here for a week in April. We LOVED the private Cabana Club. The pool was clean and refreshing, lots of tables and chairs to use (while enjoying a frozen beverage!) and steps down to the beach that had lounge chairs available to use. The chairs fill up fast but be patient, something is always opening up. The house was very clean. Loved sitting in the back yard to eat and drink coffee and watch the boaters go by. Lots of shade options. My only suggestion was to have better bath and beach towels and have a good supply of the essentials like toilet paper and paper towels etc. That is a cheap way to improve the guest's vacation by not worrying about running out of toilet paper and paper towels/soap etc. The towels were old and small but the hosts said they had already placed an order for new house and beach towels which is great. The deck had broken floor boards but they said that was about to be repaired as well. Property management took some time to get back to me about my questions but the questions weren't urgent so it didn't effect my stay. Fantastic location and quiet neighborhood.

Great Location, Relaxing Atomosphere

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our trip was very good and we would recommend this house. The inside house furniture was comfortable and well kept and there were plenty of towels and amenities. There were a few minor issues: the dishwasher would not turn on, this wasn't a huge problem for us since we were with family mostly cooking and eating at their place next door, we were just not made aware of it before our stay. Since I didn't need to use it right away I didn't notice until later in the week, when I notified them they did say they would schedule maintenance as soon as possible and hopefully they notified the next guest. The outdoor furniture wasn't as shown in the picture, there was not a table to use with the umbrella to eat outside, there seemed to be pieces missing and the table top was laying on the ground. The outdoor seating theme was cute but not really comfortable, Adirondack chairs would be a nice addition like most of our neighbors had. The outdoor shed needs to be more organized, there were many things in front of the freezer making it difficult to use if you needed to (we did not use it during our stay). Since our family was staying next door to us we were able to make use of their outdoor seating so these things were very minor for us but may not be for the next guest. The inside of the house was clean but there was dog hair on the throw pillows and bedding shams, we did not have a pet with us but being a pet friendly house I wish owners would pay more attention to those small details and maybe switch out throw pillow covers between guests and wash them in between stays. We paid quite a bit more for this house then our family did next door with the same layout so these small details were more noticeable. We enjoyed the house and location, the use of the Cabana Club was a great asset that we used everyday. We also enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle boards that helped keep the kids busy and having fun. With a few minor changes I think this house would be perfect!

Keys Paradise

We had a great time, boat was right in the back yard with easy access to both the Gulf and Ocean side. We enjoyed the walk everyday to the Cabaña Club, swimming in the pool with great food and drinks. House was clean with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies etc...We will be back!

Little paradise in Keys

We had fun exploring the Keys. The house was perfect. Nice having coffee and breakfast out by the water☀️🌴❤️. Only complaint was needed a swifter and a bigger vacuum. Thanks for a great winter .
