Welcome to the Le Roc du Cygne apartment!
Located just a minute’s walk from the historic centre of Duingt, opposite the church.

Discover a charming apartment in the heart of a beautiful lakeside village.
Ideal for four people, it comprises two separate bedrooms, a separate toilet, a large bathroom with bath and shower, a terrace with spectacular views, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living room.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a 160x200cm double bed.
Television and high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, raclette machine... The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.

Bed linen and towels will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The accommodation is located on the first floor and there is no lift.

Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you can get around without a car during your stay and leave your car in a designated parking space.

Duingt, also known as ‘the pearl of the lake’, is situated on the left bank of Lake Annecy, nestled amongst the mountains.
Visit its old village, admire its two castles and enjoy the peace and quiet!

Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if you are unable to arrange your own transport to the property, a surcharge of €20 will apply.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. However, we can only confirm this on the day itself.

🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
