In the heart of the Brie region, come and relax with friends or family just a stone's throw from the Crécy forest.

BEDROOMS AND BEDS :
The accommodation has a total of 15 beds in 4 separate bedrooms and the living room
- Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): 1 double bed + 1 cot
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
- Bedroom 3: 4 single beds (2 bunk beds)
- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed with a comfortable 140x190cm mattress.
- Living room : 1 sofa bed with a comfortable real mattress 190x160cm

LOUNGE & DINING ROOM
Large dining room with table and chairs for up to 14 people.
The dining room opens onto the living room, which has a large sofa and television for your comfort and relaxation.

TERRACE & GARDEN
Accessible from the dining room, you will have access to a large 100m2 terrace equipped with a barbecue and two large garden tables for a pleasant meal in the sun.
Ideal for having fun with family or friends, you'll find a 50 m2 outbuilding in the garden, equipped as a games room with table football, a dart board, a sofa and 2 coffee tables.
A spare fridge is also available in the outbuilding.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker (filter required), Nespresso coffee maker (capsules required), waffle maker, toaster, kettle and crockery for 15 people. You'll also find everything you need to prepare your own delicious recipes (saucepans, frying pans, cooking pots, etc.).

BATHROOM AND TOILET
Two bathrooms are available: one on the ground floor with a washbasin, shower, bath and washing machine. The second is upstairs with a bath, double washbasin unit and WC.
A separate WC is also available on the ground floor.

The Villa is ideal for providing comfort and relaxation during your stay.

OCCUPATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
The accommodation is non-smoking.
The accommodation is designed for 15 people. For more than 15 people, please ask us before booking.
Possibility of organising a birthday party, EVG, EVJF, or small quiet family gathering within the limit of the number of people authorised, in strict compliance with the rules described in the house rules. Please read the house rules carefully before booking.

For stays of several weeks, please contact us to benefit from attractive rates.

ARRIVAL:
We make every effort to ensure that the accommodation booked is available as soon as possible and no later than 5pm.

DEPARTURE :
Check-out every day : 11.00 am at the latest.
Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, you will be asked to follow all the departure instructions described in the house rules. Please read the house rules carefully before booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each reservation, a security deposit of €1,000 is required from the tenant by bank transfer (amount not debited, which does not affect the bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY.
This sum will be released after your departure, except for the deduction of the amount of a "cleaning supplement", any damage caused or in the event of a breach of the house rules.

HOUSEHOLD LINEN:
Bed linen is provided. Beds will be made up on arrival.
Towels are not included in the rental price. They can be hired on request for €5 each.

TRAVELLER CONSUMABLES
During your stay with us, we will provide you with the following on arrival:
- Toilet paper
- Sponge and washing-up liquid
- Dishwasher detergent
- Hand soap
- Cleaning equipment

The following items are not included in the rental price:
- Shower gel/shampoo/after-shampoo
- Towel (Or optional at €5 each)
- Charcoal & Firelighters

CLEANING:
A "standard" cleaning charge is included in the rental price. Before your stay, the accommodation will have been cleaned and checked.
The cleaning service provided prior to your arrival in the accommodation includes cleaning the accommodation, cleaning the household linen, making up the beds, providing travel consumables and checking the accommodation to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Before you leave, we will ask you to return the accommodation to us in a clean and tidy condition.
We will provide you with all the equipment you need to clean the accommodation so that you can return it to us in a clean and tidy condition.

PARKING
Possibility of parking up to 8 vehicles inside the property.

INTERNET & TV
The house is equipped with ORANGE fibre.
You will also be able to watch digital TV channels from the television in the living room.

PETS
Pets are accepted free of charge, provided that :
- they are clean
- they do not damage the accommodation
- they are not allowed on the beds or sofas
- you pick up after them.
Dangerous animals are not allowed.

ACCESS
You'll have access to the entire property just for you.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
There is a bakery, a café-restaurant, a grocery shop and a chocolate shop 1 km from the house in the centre of the village of La Houssaye en Brie.
Alternatively, the nearest supermarket is Intermarché in Fontenay Tresigny, 5 km from the house.
For family outings, the Crécy forest is just behind the house, within walking distance.

TRANSPORT
Access by car from the A4 motorway, PROVINS exit in just 15 minutes.
Chessy TGV station 20 minutes away by car.
Tournan-en-Brie station 10 minutes by car: RER E or line P (Paris-Gare de l'Est access in just 25 minutes).
Marles en Brie station 5 minutes away by car: Train to Paris in just 35 minutes.
Disneyland only 20 minutes away by car, Provins 45 km and Paris 50 km.
Uber from Paris centre to the house: an average of 60€ per vehicle, i.e. 4 people.
