Eagle's Hideaway is a fun, family-friendly retreat and a comfortable classic beach home located right along Pacific City's unique little airstrip. Tucked at the end of a quiet dead-end street, the home offers a peaceful setting while still being just a short 0.3-mile walk to the beach.

Sunny decks on both sides of the house give you two great vantage points. From the front deck, enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Nestucca River, while the back deck overlooks the airstrip—perfect for watching small aircraft come and go throughout the day.

Inside, the home is designed with families in mind. Kids will love the downstairs basement family and bunk room, offering a fun space to relax, play, or watch movies after a day at the beach. Adults will appreciate the comfort of two king-sized beds, providing plenty of space to unwind and recharge.

Downstairs has entry into garage and family room with 2 twin beds, TV, games and foosball. Upstairs has dining area, spacious living room, kitchen, bedroom with king bed and master bath, bedroom with king bed, hall bath with shower. Garage available for storage but not parking.

This home is located on Rueppel Avenue which is a quick walk to the beach, and is bordered by the PC airstrip and the Nestucca River. It is a quiet, dead-end lane not busy with tourists. It is an easy walk to the beach or the cafes, bar and shops in the village of Pacific City.Access

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
