Situated on the 4th floor with an elevator, this modern and tastefully decorated 115m2 apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Sacré-Cœur and Palais Garnier!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable seating area, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also a private balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a king bed(180x200), the second has a queen bed(160x200), and the third has a double bed(140x200). All the beds are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. WCs are separated.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Residents of the 9th arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. Between the Museum of Romantic Life, which, as its name suggests, is dedicated to the Romantic period, the Gustave Moreau Museum, located in the painter's former studio, and the Grévin Wax Museum, where you can pose alongside more than 200 characters who made or are making history, you are bound to find a museum to suit your taste. Come also to admire the architecture of the Opera Garnier and the Trinity Church. You can also enjoy yourself in one of the many places of entertainment that make the district charming, such as the Folies Bergères, the Palace, the Grande Comédie, or the Olympia for music lovers. As for fashion and luxury lovers, they will find their happiness in the department stores such as Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. Feast your eyes on the restaurants in the neighbourhood, the most significant number being in the Opéra and Grands Boulevards district. Finally, after dark, head to the trendy Pigalle district, where the famous Moulin Rouge cabaret dates back to the 19th century.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Havre - Caumartin, is just a 2-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
