Strategically located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, this apartment offers proximity to Paris Arena I and the upcoming Paris Arena II, slated for construction, which will host some of the Olympic games.

This 54m² fully-equipped apartment is the perfect home for anyone looking to stay in central Paris! The property is located in a well-secured building, and it is on the 1st floor with a lift.

The homely living area has a comfortable sofa bed and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining dining table is best for eating meals with loved ones. There is also a desk that you can use as a workspace.

The kitchen has everything you need, such as a microwave, hotplate, oven, coffee machine, toaster, and fridge to prepare a tasty home-cooked meal quickly. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and some storage space for you to use.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, clean towels, and a hairdryer. Toilets are separated.

On top of all that, there is a washing machine/dryer that you can use for free!

The district comprises villages swallowed up by Paris during its expansion; the 12th keeps this village atmosphere in the middle of the city; the proof is Bercy village is the perfect place to find this village perfume! But if that's not enough for you, go for the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for a walk or a sports session, and the Bassin de Arsenal, a small marina in the heart of the capital. Many shops and cafés guarantee a dynamic atmosphere in this district, especially in the morning. Finally, let yourself be tempted by the planted promenade, which is 4.5 km long, starts at the Bastille and ends near the Bois de Vincennes. It's a unique experience; enjoying a bit of floral couture at such a height is excellent, especially with the kids.

The apartment is close to restaurants, grocery shops, and transport; you could quickly go anywhere on foot. Located in a calm and peaceful neighbourhood, the place is ideal for people looking for a short city trip in Paris. You could access most tourist places, taking advantage of being part of a trendy atmosphere allowing you to access this area. Metro stations and buses are very close; you will be near the shops and utilities.

Bus 56 - 29 - 64 and city bikes (vélib) at the foot of the apartment.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory requirement of signing the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
