Set in peaceful, leafy surroundings, this charming 56m² dwelling features :
- a 300 m² garden,
- a large terrace with lounge, dining table and barbecue,
- a bright living room with a lounge and dining area,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher),
- a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a private bathroom with shower,
- a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm),
- a third bedroom with two single beds,
- a second bathroom with shower,

Enjoy the park's facilities: communal swimming pool, pétanque court.
The swimming pool will be open from the beginning of the Easter vacations (end of April) to the end of the All Saints' vacations (end of November).
