Amazing time together with family and friends

We had a beautiful and peaceful time in this house. Everything we needed was there, super easy check in / out and great management team!!!! Will definitely book this property again!

Great option for a snowy stay!

I had a great time with my friends at this property. The bunk beds were large enough for adults and the houses have so much room for activities. The indoor activities were excellent and the kitchen well-stocked.

The grills were all disgusting and broken, one of them had a severe propane leak. All the dishes in the cabinets were dirty and we had to rewash them every-time we tried to use one. The house a/c barely worked and could not be turned down in temperature, the guest house was blazing hot and the a/c units did nothing. The house was very old and outdated, the pictures were a strong misrepresentation of the property.

Since your stay, the grill has been fully replaced, the kitchen has been rewashed and restocked top to bottom, and that gap has been addressed directly with the cleaning team that services this home. Great place!

Awesome place for our big family of all ages! Lots of games and things to do- loved the hot tub in the cold evenings after being in the mountains for the day. Played at Wanoga sno-park, skied mt bachelor, and went ice skating. Perfect house with lots of room for all

Perfect for large group

This house was so awesome with all the bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our growing family. Very close to the village was another bonus , and having the guest house was perfect! The bikes were used nonstop. We had such a fun stay, thanks for everything!

Perfect Sun River Oasis

This property and house are incredible, hands down the best rental I've ever stayed at. There was plenty of room for a larger group to spread out comfortably, lots of games and amenities to make staying in at the house fun for everyone (hot tub, billiards, shuffle board, etc..). The decor was beautiful, and the Avant team made check-in and check-out a breeze! Love it, hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

Christmas gathering

The house was big enough for our whole family to gather without feeling cramped. Kitchen was large which made our meal prep great! Everyone loved the pool table & shuffleboard. We definitely recommend this property.

Great place for a multi generation get together

Stayed here for mom’s 80th birthday with age ranges 3-83. Great amenities, lots of room to cook and plenty of room to have different activities. House could use a deep clean and general maintenance, but didn’t affect our fun! Host was quickly attentive to any needs and even helped my parents bring their suitcases upstairs!

Amazing tirp!

We just had an amazing 5 days at Skylight. It was six college friends who haven’t gotten together in over a decade. The house was well laid out and well-equipped with everything we needed. We loved all the game options and the convenience to the Village area. The house was exactly what we were looking for!

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay!

This home expands beautifully for a large group. Our family stayed over Thanksgiving, and we each had our own bedroom and the bathrooms were more than adequate for a group. The kitchen is very well-stocked with anything you may need. LOVED the pool table, shuffle board and the hot tub for different groups to engage in activities. The home does not have SHARC passes, which was too bad, but other than that it was a perfect stay.

Family Fun

We loved this house. So close to beautiful Bend and Mt Bachelor. We had family from the East and West Coast and all the kids stay here. It was perfect. Enough room for everyone to enjoy being together and space to spread out. Eating with 16 people was actually a breeze in this house. Everything about this rental was perfect from check in to check out. Super comfy beds and so many fun things to do all together.

Christmas house

Every year my family and I rent what we call our annual Christmas house. This year we rented this one, and I must say.... it was perfect for us! Every one had a king bed there were plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen was a delight to cook in. We prepared a 17 lb prime rib and all the fixings. The pool table was a huge hit! Hopefully we will be able to stay here next year!

This wonderful property was great for our multigenerational family. 11 of us spread out between the main house and the guest house. We had plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor space is beautiful with room for all to eat outside. We had family cookouts utilizing the grill and the griddle. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with every kind of gadget, glass pan, cooking pot and appliance imaginable as well as more than an adequate amount of dinner plates, bowls and coffee cups and glasses. Central air conditioning in the main house was a huge plus during the hot afternoons and the portable units in the guest house worked very well. There is plenty of room for parking on the driveway. Our main reason for choosing this property was the size of the home, the outdoor space and its proximity to Sunriver Village. The village was less than a 10 minute walk or even shorter bike ride which gave our teens independence and gave us all good exercise for morning coffee runs to Hot Lava. There were a few minor issues which Avant Stay took care of quickly and efficiently. Texts to their number were answered within 5 minutes or less. Our only minor issue which I did not report was the Internet connection. With two people trying to work a bit and others using phones and tablets, the system was definitely overloaded. We loved the property and would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful review to read — thank you! Eleven people across the main house and guest house, with room to spread out and still gather for cookouts, is exactly what this property does best. We're glad the kitchen delivered on every front and that the outdoor space became the heart of the trip. The cooling setup making those hot afternoons comfortable is good to hear too. Being a short walk or bike ride from Sunriver Village really is one of the highlights here — giving the teens some independence while everyone else gets a morning coffee run out of it is the ideal setup. Thank you also for flagging the Wi-Fi capacity; that's been passed along to our team, and we'd always encourage reaching out during a stay so we can try to help in the moment. Great Holiday

We had four generations present with many wonderful activities inside and outside of the home. There is plenty of room to spread out. The home is a bit older, but had everything we needed. Cameron, one of the property managers, was very attentive to our needs and made sure the home was working properly. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need for cooking a holiday meal for many people. This house is a very short walk to the village and the lodge. It is a great spot!

Golf trip

Very disappointed in the quality of the home for the $$. Hot tub was horrible and a broken patio table was frustrating for what your companies charge. For the money we pay everything should be fully functional in the home. The jets in the tub didn’t work and exposed screws where head rests should be is a joke.

Dissappointed

Property location perfect. Lovely,peaceful neighborhood. Home is spacious but lots of stairs.No bedrooms on first floor. Home is in need of major updating. Pictures on web show home when in much better condition. Bathrooms and linens clean but kitchen cupboards and floors throughout need deep cleaning. Used towels and previous rentors apparel were left in two bedrooms. However the property manager was wonderful. Very available to our calls for maintenace issues.

Family Vacation Stay

The guests from previous stay had left a challenging situation for housekeeping to get ready by our Checkin(Sunday-Friday). The hot tub needed to be refilled so it took 12 hours for water be hot. Plants on porch had died and not removed. The handles on umbrellas where not working and management was unable to replace during our week but hopefully in future. The beds were comfortable but housekeeping missed changing linens on one of beds in casita. Garbage was full but managers came to get some to give us space til Wednesday pickup. Little details that at price point should not be overlooked. Close to village for walks, park and Sharc close by.

This was our first vacation at Sunriver, and we liked it very much, so we would definitely return. The house has a lot of positives - location is only a short walk to many amenities. It is very roomy both in space and beds, and has everything you can think of for activities and more. The layout with separate dining (2 areas), game room, billiard room, kitchen, and patio allows people to be all together, or find a spot of quiet on their own. The cons included no master downstairs and the 2 stepups into the main house need some reflective tape for safety (there was a tape mark where one was before). The house is pretty dark even with the lights on, and the listing left out several major amenities like the bikes, kayaks (2), and tubes in the garage. We also agree with several other reviewers that the poor cleaning job was most annoying. The floors were littered (a dirty sock and empty pop bottle behind the drapes in the casita), most carpets need a deep cleaning, and straws and food crumbs were left on the patio table. Some older kitchen utensils were not cleanable and need to be replaced, and dishes in the dishwasher top rack mostly had to be redone by hand. None of these niggles would prevent you having a wonderful time, and we did. Just for the price we expected a little better. Maybe time to change the cleaning service?
