It is very well equipped and comfortable, everything has been designed for the comfort of travelers. It is located on the 1st floor of a private and secure residence a few hundred meters from the Trois Ilets Golf.



The terrace surrounded by lush vegetation is composed of two spaces. One that will allow you to take the famous Ti Punch in a cozy living room. And the other where you can have your meals there or simply prepare them in the kitchen located in the same space and blending into the decor. You will enjoy a small sea view.



The new and fully equipped kitchen consists of a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, induction hobs, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster...



The living room that offers the perfect setting to relax after a day spent in the sun. Sit back on the comfortable sofa and admire the lush vegetation that borders the terrace. You can cool the room with the fan and take advantage of the smart TV to watch movies or series.



The apartment has 2 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms with quality bedding.



Each has a queen size 160 cm bed and a large wardrobe.



The two bedrooms will share a bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet is independent.



The apartment also has a room used as a laundry room/storeroom, where you will find a washing machine, ironing set, a cooler and you can store your suitcases and groceries.



This apartment is designed for 4 people but can accommodate a baby as an additional person.

Near the apartment, you can enjoy the Trois Ilets Golf Course a five-minute walk away. You will also be a 5-minute drive from Anse Mitan beach, the restaurants and shops of the Creole Village, the Marina and the various nautical, aquatic and tourist activities offered at Pointe du Bout.



The maritime shuttle will allow you to go to Fort de France either from the Marina de la Pointe du Bout or from the Anse Mitan pontoon or from the Bourg des Trois Ilets. The airport is also 17 km away.
