ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Nestled in one of the most picturesque area of the Riviera's back country, this villa will delight you with its quaint location and its unique amenities: luscious garden, over-sized pool, multi-purpose terraces... The perfect spot for relaxing in its peace and quiet environment or have some outdoor fun with its pétanque court! (You will play like the locals...)

Inside, the spacious and bright living area offers two main spaces: the lounge and the kitchen.

The large lounging area, with a cozy/comfy atmosphere, opens directly to the outdoors and offers an unobstructed view. You can watch your favorite programs on the smart TV, or enjoy some fun with the available board games, or simply relax on the plush sofa and chairs.

The well-designed and fully equipped kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare culinary masterpieces and includes a dedicated wine cooler (you can fill it with your favorite Provence Rosé wine) and a convenient central island. In extension of the indoor kitchen, you can access the outdoor barbecue area via the veranda.

As for the sleeping arrangements, the ground floor offers the parental suite, furnished with a grand king size bed, with its own private shower room and its large built-in closet/dressing. As the icing on the cake, this suite has direct access to the garden.

An additional room complements this ground floor: this is initially a study/office space with a convertible sofa that can turn this room into a spare bedroom if necessary.

The second floor features 2 other bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with a queen size bed as well as access to a private terrace (no outdoor furniture). Both bedroom offer spacious built-in closets.

This is the ideal home away from home, the perfect setting for family vacations on the Riviera, where everyone will find their favorite activity.

Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals after needs to be requested and might be for additional fees.
