Welcome to our newly built home and your home away. We thank you for selecting our property and looking forward to making your check-in smooth and your stay pleasant. The house boasts 10 foot ceilings and brand new countertops, cabinetry, appliances & furnishings. The space features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bath, full kitchen, dining, living area, and outdoor furnished patio with charcoaled grill. High speed internet, smart TV, smart thermo and everything else you need for a relaxing stay!

World finals trip

Overall it was a nice stay. The beighbirhood looked a little sketchy getting to the house, but when we got here it was very quiet and we never had any issues. Short trip to the dirt track which was very nice

This place worked for what we needed. Can definitely tell it is cheaply built & minimally maintained. There are maggots around the trash cans outside, the floors are sticky and the furniture is falling apart and uncomfortable. Only one spoon in the house.

Friends Trip

We enjoyed a fun filled week in Charlotte. Perfect home away from home. Plenty of room for our group. Boys loved being able to take advantage of the fenched in yard. Close drive to Carowinds and Charlotte airport. Also house close enough to walmart which allowed for grocery delivery when needed.

Home was clean and a good size with nice yard, master bedroom was great but other three rooms were furnished with cheap beds and no dressers . Living room furniture was broken and there was not enough seating for our group.The dining area had a good size table but only three chairs . we were a group of eight!

How do I describe my stay…

For starters the home was very nice, easy access, & clean. Host was very responsive until I started experiencing issues. The air conditioning had went out & when I messaged the host their response wasn’t for hours until I requested a refund due to me only being there for a day out of a 7 day stay. The lights were turned off during my stay which was another inconvenience. When it was time to take out the trash I had a hard time locating the trash cans only to find them & both were full. The host is very responsive until you start experiencing issues then they’ll give you excuses such as “the owner of the listing is out of town”.

Worst VRBO experience

The property is not at all like what is pictured online. The linen was stained, there was trash in the trash cans, orange peel on the counter, hair all over the floor. I called the numbers provided for the property and got an answer the first time, they requested pictures so I sent them but then I never heard back until 2 days later even after messaging via the app and calling the same numbers. To be honest the numbers sent me straight to voicemail after a couple of attempts to contact them, I was later informed I was calling after hours but I was sent the message with the number asking me to reach out with any questions so I didn’t quite understand that. We did not stay at this property due to it not being clean and I am still waiting for a response about my refund. This whole experience is such a headache. Would NOT recommend

Awesome House

Great new house in NODA! Close to everything we needed including the airport and train station. Wonderful separate master suite plus 3 good sized bedrooms, living space and kitchen. We enjoyed the patio space and yard as well,

Thanks for the feedback Zenobia. As mentioned over the phone, the dishwasher has a button on the panel itself to turn on/off. I’m sorry you had trouble finding it but we’ll be sure to keep this in mind going forward. The bathroom sink is fine, the water flow was slow to drain but we’ve addressed that after your check out. Close to NoDa, Charlotte, Whitewater

Location is convenient- short drive to NoDa, 20-30 minutes to downtown and Whitewater Center. Neighborhood appears a little rough but we didn’t have any issues and it was quiet at night. House was recently renovated with new fixtures, appliances. Accommodations are pretty basic and futon beds are on short side for taller adults. Host was very responsive.

Not too bad for the price 👍

House worked out well for our group of 8 that we had. Pricing was the selling point. The neighborhood just a couple blocks away gets a little rough but we didn't have any issues. There were no extra garbage bags and we ended up buying wash clothes, hand towels, and bathroom towels to use for extras and we just left them there. Master suite was nice and spacious with a moderately comfy bed. Other beds were just average from what the others said. It was nice having 2 nice bathrooms. Floors were a little dirty when we got there and the clearing supplies were locked up so we couldn't sweep. All in all it was a pretty good experience. Thanks for having us.

Reggie, thanks so much for your feedback! I wanted to clarify that extra garbage bag was not part of the amenities offered but we will consider adding this going forward. After you reached out on the floor issue, we had cleaners come by the house, as you agreed to and was provided photos of the dirt/mud on the floor that was not in the post cleaning photos. We communicated that we were ok with you leaving our house in that condition, and have it deep cleaned after your checkout. Cleaning supplies were also dropped off shortly after requested. Again, we aim to provide great service to our guests and happy to hear you enjoyed your stay!
