ROSE Holidays offers this 16 m² studio on the first floor of a characterful residence, ideally located on the seafront of Les Sables d'Olonne.



At just 20 metres from the main beach, this studio is perfect for enjoying holidays by the sea, close to all amenities.



It consists of a main room with a double sofa bed 140, TV, Wifi, equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle).

Bathroom with shower cabin, washbasin unit, towel dryer and WC.



Ideal for holidays in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne!



1 minute walk from the main beach.

10 minutes walk from the SNCF train station.

15 minutes walk from the ferry to La Chaume.

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
