Spacious living area including a large rustic hearth stone fireplace. Fenced-in backyard with expansive deck perfect for your out-of-town guests. Please beware before booking your stay that our property management company requires you to sign a contract to provide check-in instructions and grant access to the property.

Great stay

We stayed during our spring break. The kids were able to play in the snow in the backyard and relax in the hot tub afterwards. We were close to the lifts. We would definitely love to stay here again :)

The cabin was as listed. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Hot tub was hot. Yard fully fenced for our furry friends.The kids room had room for a couple of more kids and the bonus room was perfect for them. Easy access from Hwy 50.

Great stay! Will rent again

This was a great rental for our hiking plans. The house definitely has a nice rustic style to it. We found everything we needed for our needs. Great big fenced yard for our dog, great location (10m drive to safeway, Lake tahoe beach area, all the restaurants). The hot tub was excellent, clean and perfect to rest at the end of the day. Wifi had great strong signal! We would rent again. Thanks!

Perfect for long weekend with family

This rental was perfect for 6 adults and a dog! Very close to South Lake Tahoe and Stateline activities. Also close enough to drive and sight see around the entire lake and surrounding cities and ski resorts. The property was clean, cozy, decorated nicely, had everything we needed including dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. We enjoyed cooking steaks on the gas grill and star gazing in the hot tub after skiing all day at Sugar Bowl ski resort.

Overall a good experience. The hot tub was filthy and unusable (very cloudy water); the master bedroom bed was not the most comfortable and both coffee pots didn't not function as they should. Overall, everything else was great. Kids enjoyed playing pool (although the longer pool sticks didn't have the soft rounded ends so the short kid sticks were the only ones that could be used) and ping pong. Sleeping arrangements worked out well for our group of 10. We would stay here again.

Okay but not great. Would probably look for similar property in different location next time. Several minor annoyances such as some doors difficult to close/lock, no lighting in showers, BBQ grill was filthy and actually had food still in it (some of which fell down into the tank area), propane bottles for grill and fire table were both empty, cobwebs in a couple places on the ceiling, light bulb over entry door burnt out, one light bulb on dining room light burnt out, head of floor lamp in family room not attached to pole properly so it just sits there crooked, some towels had holes/frayed edges. Back yard is along a street with heavy traffic and lots of noise. Kitchen very tight to work in; definitely one person at a time. Two black bears and one coyote visited us but did not cause any problems. Kids enjoyed the small-scale billiards table upstairs. Property Management brought two filled propane bottles to exchange within 90 minutes of first request (had to call 60 minutes after first request was submitted through the guest board).

Fun house with good amenities

The house was really fun! There was plenty of space indoors and out to play games and have some laughs. The grill worked great. I will say the ping pong table is probably a bit too small to play a serious game but it was fun anyway!

Nice, but needs a little TLC

This house was the perfect size and had all you could want. Nicely stocked, nice neighborhood, nice appliances, big hot tub, Roku TV, However around the house could use a little TLC. The pool sticks had no tips on them, so we couldn't play, one of the bedrooms had a huge crack in the window, we kept getting attacked by ants in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom and the outside patio was messy with broken chairs. I just expected a little more attention to detail for the price that was paid. But besides the little issues, it was a nice place. No big issues to complain about. And the contact, Julio, seemed really easy to get a hold of, and very friendly.

Snow daze!!

One of the most important features of this home was the comfortable feeling we felt during our stay. The beds were comfortable linens were ok Perfect for our dogs ease of check in and out The only negative was dog friendly but added another charge for them. I feel like it should just be all inclusive or a refundable deposit. However with that said, we will return and would recommend this place kid friendly pet friend and overall delightful

Surprise trip

I took my family on a surprise trip. I told them we were just going to the snow up in tahoe and I just pulled into the driveway of this awesome cabin! It was great we had a great time and will be back in February hopefully we have some snow fall for goos ski season.

THANKFUL AT THANKSGIVING FOR THIS RENTAL

We spent Thanksgiving week at this rental and had a fabulous time!! It was perfect, clean, cozy and had little touches that we noticed and appreciated. Perfect neighborhood too. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great Airbnb Experience!

This Airbnb was exactly what my friends & I were looking for. It's located in a nice neighborhood and has amazing amenities that made our stay so enjoyable. We were within a close distance from all that Tahoe has to offer and we had the best time. Highly recommend this place!
