Amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. My husband and I stayed for a long weekend for our anniversary. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend this cabin. The downside would be if you can't drive up steep hills, this wouldn't be for you. My husband is a professional OTR driver, so it was not a big deal for us. The communication with Elk Springs was fabulous from check in to check out.

It means so much to hear that you would recommend the cabin and that our team provided fabulous communication from check-in through check-out. We also appreciate you mentioning the steep mountain roads, as this information can be very helpful for future guests when selecting the cabin that's right for them. Thank you again for staying with Elk Springs. We hope to welcome you back for another special getaway in the future!

A cute cabin, a beautiful view, hard bed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is gorgeous, and the view is spectacular. The only complaints I have were the driveway up to the cabin or coming down from it was hard to tell if anyone else was coming or going in the other two cabins, and if someone was coming up, it forced the person coming down to back up a very steep hill. Complaint two was the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Last complaint was there was only one roll of toilet paper, as a person with Crohn’s it would have been nice to know I would have to supply my own.
Antwort von VrboOwner am 21. Apr. 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you found the cabin beautiful and enjoyed the views. We apologize for the challenges you experienced with the shared driveway, as well as the mattress comfort. As for supplies we do state in the reservation agreement that we only supply a very small starter pack of items and once those are gone it is up to the guest to replenish. We understand how important these details are and will take your comments into consideration as we work to improve our accommodations and communication. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Peaceful but still close to downtown Gatlinburg!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This rental is easy to get to but far enough from the road you can’t see anything and you FEEL like you are out in the middle of nowhere. It was no more than 15 minutes to get to downtown Gatlinburg, making it the perfect home base for our weekend, the hot tub, porch, and other amenities added to the experience and was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day walking downtown.
