Cute but not as expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the cabin is cute and the bed was comfortable. We were just surprised by a few things. One, being that they are only willing to supply you with one roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper. Even though we were staying for multiple nights. The shower curtain had tons of mildew on it.
Antwort von VrboOwner am 20. Okt. 2026
Thank you for your feedback\! We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin and found the bed comfortable. We provide a starter supply of essentials, with additional items available at local stores. We apologize for the shower curtain and would have been happy to replace it had we been notified during your stay. We appreciate you choosing Mountain Magic and hope to welcome you back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful stay during the last week of September. The cabin was clean and cozy, perfect for a couples retreat. I will say it was smaller than I anticipated but it was not an issue. I would recommend enjoying your time in the cabin by playing the games provided and lounging in the hot tub. Well worth it.

The cabin was comfortable and clean. Although there are neighbors, the cabin feels secluded. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained.

cute place and nice management

very easy check in and check out process and very cute cabin :) it’s in a really nice area, there wasn’t much traffic during our stay so it was only about 15 minutes to gatlinburg and about 25 minutes to pigeon forge. lots of cute mom and pop shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive. very quiet, there are two other cabins on the same property but it is still very secluded with all windows facing the wooded areas.i would stay here again!
