In Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, we offer this charming 87 m² house for rent, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 40 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 40 m² garden, south-facing and fully enclosed
- A 6 m² south-facing terrace on the first floor, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in very pleasant surroundings, 600 m from the pedestrian street. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.
