In Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this charming 47 m² chalet with shared pool in the residential park, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom on the ground floor and a lovely sleeping and relaxation area upstairs, with single beds and a sleeping area with a bed for 2. Downstairs, a shower room and separate toilet, a large south-west-facing balcony terrace, and a 300 m² garden with a lovely shaded terrace equipped with table and benches for those warm summer days.

The accommodation comprises
First floor
- 20 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, raclette grill and fondue, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190) and two single beds
- A study area

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bath, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior
- A 20 m² terrace facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A lovely 300 m² private enclosed garden surrounding the chalet
- In summer, a shaded terrace under large pine trees is available.

Communal area
- A shared, heated indoor swimming pool, open from April to September (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change by the residence)

The house is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, a 10-minute walk from the center, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transportation
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available at the bottom of the chalets.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux 1.5 km away (approx. 15 min walk or 3 min drive).
- Nearest airport: Geneva 63 km (approx. 1 hour by car)

Other notes
- The chalet is located on high ground, and access may be difficult with heavy loads
- A small Bluetooth speaker is available in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). Please contact us to reserve linen as soon as your booking is confirmed.
- The staircase in the chalet is quite steep, and a safety barrier is installed at the top of the staircase
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Completely non-smoking accommodation
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use
- All children are under the supervision and responsibility of an adult.
